I commissioned Swains to draw a picture for a friend of his cat (who happens to be blind) dressed up as Daredevil for Christmas. I sent over pictures of the cat and what I had in mind and he drew an excellent comic book style picture.It was a massive hit. My friend loved it - it's already framed on the wall.I also slightly ripped the corner when opening it and Swains has been very good about coordinating to help me get another copy so my friend has one without a small rip in the corner.Really great all around

Customer service, responsiveness, and speed are great. One thing to understand is that he has no control over how shippers handle the artwork. He had it sent to a nearby Kinkos and we had no issues! Thanks so much for your help in making my friend's birthday gift so special!

I was looking for a one of a kind personalized gift and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The workmanship is stellar and it’s hard to believe that the pictures I submitted to incorporate into the design weren’t part of the original magazine cover. I ordered this for my wife for our 21st anniversary. A day after I approved a final product and already received shipping information, my daughter pointed out a better design idea. I emailed to see if it was too late to make the change. I offered to pay for expedited shipping and another print with the changes.Not only were the changes made, but they refused to take any additional payment. It also arrived well before my anniversary so I had plenty of time to frame it and it looks EXACTLY as I'd hoped.Can't say enough great things about my experience.

Outstanding! This is a gift for Father’s Day and the resemblance is uncanny! I am so impressed. I requested one slight change and it was completed what seemed like effortlessly and almost immediately. Well worth the cost! Something like this would cost triple on Etsy. Can’t recommend enough!
