The first time I held this after waking from a disturbing dream at 3am it calmed me and I slept the rest of the night. It gave me no indication that it was on but,it worked.

I like it. It calms me and helps my mind clear

I bought it for my sister because she has been having trouble sleeping. She said that she could barely feel the pulse and it would stop before she fell asleep. Very disappointed

The do nothingNot good at all

I ordered this for my spouse who has both anxiety and insomnia. Unfortunately, what it doesn't mention in the product listing (but does in the small, not especially great user guide) is that people with heart disease should not use it. She has a heart block so didn't feel comfortable trying this out.So I got to try it instead. A little about me: I don't have a lot of anxiety (bless you, science of pharmaceuticals). I am also famously able to get to sleep in most circumstances with very little delay (I have been known to be asleep within 60 seconds of my head hitting the pillow). So, I'm definitely not the target audience. Given that it would be hard for me to assess the efficacy, I'll describe what I like and what I think could be better.What could be better:- I think this could use an optional wrist strap of some sort. Sleeping with it is ergonomically friendly enough, but the bedsheets are a pocket dimension in which things can get lost and never found again- The instruction guide could be MUCH better. The illustrations weren't especially clear, and the instructions on how to change mode were difficult to put into practice--it's hard to find the balance between switching between modes and turning on/off.- I'm not sure how others had issues with it getting too warm because mine produced almost no heat. This may speak to a quality control issue- Buttons a little small and a little close together for my fat fingers- I wish the pulses could go a little higher in intensityThings to note:- I would put price in the "please improve" column, since it was listed at $42.49 when I ordered it. However, the price has since dropped to $16.99 for the white one. This is a much more reasonable price. The other colors are still far too expensive in my book.Things I did like:- It is, as I mentioned, ergonomic and pleasing to hold- It's basically a little baby TENS unit, so the pulses are basically tiny electrical zaps (This is a PLUS for me, but could be a MINUS for you)- I did find the invigorating mode interesting, even if I'm not sure why they recommend changing hands for one mode vs the other- USB-C ports and included cables are always nice- Turns itself off after some unknown (to me) time. I don't know the amount of time since I fall asleep quickly enough I have never been awake for it to turn off- Has what seems to be a pretty robust battery life because of this feature- Nice squishy clicky buttonsI wish I could provide more guidance on whether it worked for sleep or anxiety. I WILL say that it did feel pretty soothing as I was going to sleep, but YMMV based on your response to electro stim pulses.

My wife uses this for anxiety and relaxation. Keeps the mind clear of insomniac thoughts. The hand held de ice pulsates and small shocks that are comfortable to use and adjustable in strength. She says this is incredible and very useful. Easy to charge and holds a battery a long time

This product does not work. I did not fall asleep after several hours.
