I purchased this motor for my parents to replace another brand. I initially measured incorrectly and purchased the wrong size and had to return it. I should have contacted Rollerhouse first, because they were so helpful in helping me purchase the correct size. The motor was fairly easy to install and worked great. The remote had a short and worked sporadically. Rollerball responded quickly when I told them about the problem and immediately sent me a new remote. When I had a question about programming the new remote, they wrote me within a couple of hours with clear instructions. I couldn't be happier with the motor and with the great customer service I received. I highly recommend Rollerhouse. I also recommend that if you have any questions about which size to order, that you contact them before ordering since they are so quick to respond. I have never received such helpful, friendly, and prompt service from any Amazon seller.

Bought 4 of these 3 years ago and they all still work great! They’re used daily and needs a charge once in 2-3 months. I just bought a 5th and synced it to the same remote seemlessly with install in 10 minutes. Overall extremely happy with this purchase! Will definitely purchase again. Great value for money, good fit and durability. Ease of use and noise level is acceptable.
