Great boots, feels like they will last.
So comfortable. Minimal breaking in period. Very grippy. I find it incredibly difficult to find footwear in my size - 9.5 UK wide. I usually have to make do with 10 and hope they are wide enough to take my hobbit feet when wearing thick socks to compensate. My feet don't sweat much either! Only downside is the the steel toecaps are tiny and barely cover the ends of my toes. Usually the protection goes almost to the base joint of my toes.

Perfect
These are the shoes I've been looking for , for over 40 years. I'm 70 and I've gone through some shoes. I like no nonsense, water resistant shoes that are comfortable out of the box. No Xtra stitching lines. Easy to polish. I've used other wolverine shoes and they've all been comfy out of the box, but the soles wore out fast, and got hard in winter,making them dangerous on ice . And they lost water resistance was quickly. I've had these shoes for 8 months now and the soles are still like new. As is the leather. And the soles don't harden in the cold . I feel like I should get a second pair just in case I can't find them when this pair wears out

Worth it.
I've had these boots for a while,and I usually wear an 11 wide shoe/sneaker.I know with boots or dress shoes to always order at least half a size smaller and in some cases a full size down,but half a size down (10.5W) worked well for my foot type.The width is fine and the length too.I felt had I ordered these in an 11W boot,yes,they would have been too long.Took a while to break in,but comfortable when they did.I did delivery work at the time and wore these for about a year,and were tough and held up.I still wear them a couple of years later,but occasionally now.One thing I would advise is get some different insoles.The ones that come with these are less than a quarter inch,maybe an 1/8".Especially if you're going to be working in them.I would also suggest order a half size smaller but it's a situation of being your own judge.Overall good construction and would recommend.Thanks for reading.
