Extra velcro straps make the difference
Having used this for a while only the part thats starting to stretch and fade is the best part of this support. Velcro steps starting to go but this really helped me when sitting on a plane. Having pain from S1 and above, sitting is awful. To have a little relief for few hours knowing transportation is not going to comfortable is great

I would have given this a 5 star but will give it a 4.5 star. It is an excellent product immediately felt the different. The only flaw is the size chart is wrong. I am a 43 inch around my belly but the xxl barely fit. So I have no clue who did the measurements but it is super off. Other than that I highly recommend especially when you have to sit for long hours in the office.

Back brace
It's okay. It would be a good idea to give measurements before purchasing. You need to know the length prior to purchasing. Otherwise it will roll instead of holding firmly.

Good, but sizing isn't quite right
The sizing chart says XXL is 55-66.5 inches, so I thought it'd be perfect (54-55 inches myself and 61 inches for a friend who wants one). Unfortunately, this belt barely fits around me with an inch or so of overlap to close it - and I have to stay standing to use it. The straps on it are great for tightening the fit - I had my thinner wife give it a try, and it fit her 50ish inches better and while sitting.So keep that in mind! It's a decent device, but the sizing should probably be reduced by 10-12 inches for the actual maximum waist each size can fit.Updated: The seller illegally contacted me to offer a refund, but only if I delete or update my negative review. All I asked for was an update to the measurements to accurately record stretched and unstretched sizing. Originally I left 3 stars, but now I've updated to 1 for the unprofessional outreach and attempt to sway my review.
