dear world, I cannot cook to save my life. I don’t even know the recipe to ice cubes. But thanks to this cookie sheet thing with the rack. I make the world’s best bacon. I make it in the oven. It takes about 20 minutes. I saw on YouTube where you just sprayed the bottom of this pan with some Pam or some kind of cooking spray then I put the rack in. I sprayed the rack with it and then put the bacon on it and I swear to God this thing cleans up so easy I don’t have a dishwasher and I don’t know what kind of witchcraft is involved, but whatever this thing is made of it is so damn easy to clean. It’s a perfect help for the carnivore diet. I’ve even made hamburgers on it in the oven or a ribeye sitting on it. It really is a game changer something so simple as this is awesome. I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure of what kind of non stick coating they used but it works beautifully. The bottom pan is the perfect size for a sheet of parchment or aluminum foil which means clean up is totally painless. It May cost a little more but trust me its worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sturdy and crafted well. I’m able to cook bacon and other meats on it. We cook racks of lamb on it so the cook is even throughout and easy to clean.

Pan is exactly what I was looking for. Bought a 24lb turkey to spatchcock for christmas and we can’t wait to use it!

I use this for making bacon in my oven. I make a big batch, then reheat individual pieces in a microwave to eat with my breakfast. This is my second purchase. I’ve had the first one for about a year, and used it probably five times or so. The plating on the rack started to go, and the whole thing got grody enough where I decided to throw it out and replace it. But I still feel it’s a reasonable solution from the cost standpoint. I can buy a much higher quality pan for a much higher price I suppose, but in my experience, those get nasty too after a while. That single piece of bacon I have many mornings with my breakfast is my treat to myself. This pan keeps me in bacon for a year. Replacing it yearly costs about a dollar and a half a month. I feel that’s a decent value for what I get out of this pan. Your mileage may vary, and like I say, it’s not a great quality pan, hence the three star rating.

I can’t believe how impressed I am with this pan. I was super skeptical that this would actually be non stick as most pans are not. The rack is coated similar to those coated closet racks for pantries. I was shocked that nothing sticks to it and any food residue left sitting on top after cooking, just wipes away with a cloth. The pan is also finally big enough to cook large amounts of food on! I’m so sick of putting food on two small pans and rotating, never fully getting evenly cooked/browned/crisped food! Which brings me to my next point. The reason I bought this. For crisping food! I bought a new oven and it has an air fryer feature. Genius right?!? Goodbye multiple appliances! Bc the rack is a couple inches above the bottom of the pan, there is plenty of room for the air to circulate. Most times I don’t even need to flip my food! Not only that it has cut down the cooking time as well! Overall there are so many positives! Large cooking surface, super easy to clean, air circulates around the rack, almost eliminating the need for flipping food, decreased cooking time, rack doubles as a cooking rack, pan can be used exclusively on its own so you basically get 3 pans for the price of one. I honestly can’t even think of any negatives about this pan at all. Well worth the money and quick shipping time.

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.

I've only used this pan 3 times but I am absolutely obsessed so far. I honestly think this is the pan I've been searching my whole life for. It's the pan of my dreams. It is truly non-stick. I love it so much, I am definitely converted to Nordicware now. I'll be buying everything in their collection.
