These are pretty good quality beds. Had them for a few months now and they are holding up well. I think most of these adjustable beds are all made by the same factory and each company who sells them designs their own remote. That's why people have issues with warranties because nobody really makes the beds it's just mass produced in asia. When I bought two twin xl zinus beds they were only $250 each. Just buy the cheapest ones you can find that look exactly like all the others. The main difference I see in adjustable beds other than the remotes is that some beds only have 4 legs instead of 6. Get one with 6 for support and stenglth.

It was fine after we finally received it only one issue the threads in one of the sides in which the bed was held together I went and bought a thread chaser and cleaned them up and all was well

I have had this bed for less then a year. The foot motor is broken and the massage feature is broken. I would like this fixed.

I bought mine from Zinus and the remote came with a remote that had the Memory button preset to a position I do not like. I told them this and asked how to change it. After 10 days of nothing I wrote a review on there site about the poor customer service. It has been over a week and they have never posted my review so I came here to warn you that if you do have a problem you will be out of luck because they will ignore you. I plan to lodge a complaint with the BBB if they do not respond in the next week.

I bought two of these, twin xl, to make a king size bed. The first one worked beautifully, for about 5 minutes. Then the foot motor froze up and we had to take the darn thing apart. I put the foot motor from the second bed on the first bed to get it working again. Then I put together the second bed minus the foot motor. I need a new foot motor and I can't find a phone number to call anywhere in the instruction manual or packing materials. I flew across the country to put these beds together for my elderly parents and I am leaving in 2 days so I really need that foot motor. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

So far nothing but good things to say. We wanted to be able to adjust both side's individually. By getting two twin set ups and setting them up next to each other. We accomplished this at less than 1/3 the cost we had previously paid for a queen size memory foam set up that only adjusted both sides together. Right now the 10" mattresses, we bother weigh around 240#, are more comfortable for us than the high end queen. Will they last as long? Who cares we can by 4 sets of them for the cost of one high end queen. And sleep better.

Just got my adjustable bed frame about a week and a half ago. Thus far it is working very well, it was very easy to put together and I have been enjoying it.

I purchased this item directly through the Zinus website, I actually ordered 2 twinXL bed frames to use together as a king size. At first I was excited to try the frames out, to my surprise one of the motors didn't work properly, it would only raise but it wouldn't go back to the flat position.Tried to get support from the manufacturer directly, but after 1 month I am still waiting for a reply and my issue has not been resolved. Would not recommend this product if you care about quality and expect a resolution to your problems.
