I love these bracelets, and customer service is awesome. I ended up getting a duplicate animal tracking, so I emailed Fahlo support asking if I could possibly get a new animal. Within 20 minutes, I got a response and a new animal with a digital animal card. The bracelet seems to be higher quality than their old bracelets which is awesome as well.

This bracelet is well- made. Heavier than many other beaded bracelets. The beads have a beautiful, rich, saturated color.I was able to quickly find GPS information on "my" chosen animal. An informative card comes with each animal bracelet.

Got this for our grandson. He sent me a picture of it on his arm. Can't wait to see where his polar has wandered.

I just want to say this was the best Christmas gift I gave to my grand son. He really likes it and he tracks her every day!!! So educational. I'm thinking of purchasing another one.
