Q: Are these lightweight or heavy?

I would say they’re medium weight. They’re not heavy though but they’re not really light either. I am older so I have trouble walking in these are very easy to walk in. Will buy again

Q: I need wide width, shoe size is 7.5, why is Amazon recommending 11?

Misprint? I have a wide foot. I bought size 9 my usual size. Fit perfectly

Q: Can you put in inserts?

I would think so, but never tried. They are comfy without and I have a high arch!
