Very comfortable and work well as a spacer for my big toes. I wear a women's size 10 and these stay in place and fit so well that I forget I'm using them. I've used spacers for years because of bunion pain, and these are softer and more comfortable than previous ones I've used. Because they are soft, I was concerned that they would not be durable, but after wearing a pair for hours at a time and hiking over 300 pain-free miles with them, they are still in perfect condition. They also stay put and are comfortable in the water shoes that I use for aqua aerobics. I'm glad they come in a 10-pack because now I don't have to worry about losing a pair.

There should be directions on the package regarding a couple of things. Firstly, wash them with soap and water before use. I used them right out of the package and my toes were very itchy at the end of the day where the spacers had contact. After washing them, letting them dry overnight and using some cornstarch baby powder between my toes, I had no itching or irritation. Secondly, there is a difference in thickness of the top and bottom of the spacer and no direction on which is supposed to be the top or bottom? I am happy to say they have relieved the pain I’ve had from my bunions!

I have been using these toe spacers (just for my big toes) for about a week, I have small feet and I purchased the large, as I saw a review mention they were too small. They fit me perfectly and are extremely soft & comfortable. i wear them at work where I am on my feet, walking for 7 of the 8 hours. I don't even notice they are there. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Wish these toe separators were made wider. I think I need more space in between my toes, as my bunions are getting pretty bad. They feel good but do get sticky after washing a few times.

Works very well and stays in place as long as I wear a sock with it. I didn’t follow their instructions to give my foot a break every 4 hours from the device for a few minutes and I should have, by the end of the day my toes were irritated from the rubbing. Make sure you give your foot a break every few hours.

I use these about 4-5 times a week, just for the space between my big toe for relief from my bunions. I do not want surgery and I’ve found that if my feet are in pain I can wear these during the day and it gives me relief and I’m able to get through the day. I only wear sneakers and these are comfortable wearing with socks and shoes. You can also wash these with soap and water easily.

I have thin feet and my big toe gets sore on the side because the toe next to it pushes into the side. I have used cotton balls as a spacer and they are great for a little while and then slip out of place. These spacers are made with a very cushy silicone like gel. They look like miniature I beams with thin layers os the silicone as beams to hold the spacer in place. One of the top bars is much thinner than the other. This is important to know as I originally thought I would place the thin beam below my toes (ie when walking I would "feel" it less.) Well, I found that is a really hard way to use as when you pull up your socks, the thicker beam on top will pull up and bend over a bit creating a hump under the sock. Reversing it so that the thin beam is on top makes it a whole lot easier. The beam will still bend up a bit on occasion, but with a little patience you can pinch through the sock and get it to lay flat. Once the sock is up, the spacers have never shown a problem. They are very comfortable and I wear them all day without any difficulty. (Twice now I have gone to bed, pulled off my socks and called in a night - forgetting I had the spacers in place..) Do they work? for me they are a perfect solution. My pain on the side of my toe is gone and I am now finding I don't even have to wear the spacers very day. I have not tried to clean them yet... Being soft cushy silicone I expect them to be a bit challenging to clean. But they really don't pick up much. I would also recommend being careful with the size for what you need. I bought the large based upon reading reviews. For between my big toe and the next, the size is perfect. (I am a B width, size 11 mens. But if I was looking to space between some of my smaller toes, I think these would be too big. Net: I am very happy with the product. Just be aware when you get them to watch how the spacers are placed to make out easiest for you to pull socks over.
