Machine is stuck in auto descaling and not finishing

Specifically in descaling process it looks like the machine halts and doesn’t do anything for a while, but it’s part of the process and you should just wait (maybe it’s waiting for the solution to do it’s thing with the minerals, so even if it seems like mechanically nothing is happening actually the chemicals are working). The whole descaling process should take about 30 minutes. If it’s stuck for more than that, restart the machine.

If use machine in public setting how do you safely leave milk out

I don't use in a public setting. At home, I always put the left over milk back in the fridge.

Is the bean grinder supposed to turn real easy with no clicking?

You can hear the grinder for about 5 seconds. There might be a quick noise but i don't hear multiple clicks. I would call their customer support number.

How long has it been in the market?

It’s quite new. Mine label says it’s been produced in July 2022, and I think it’s the first batch.
