Works amazing. I used in conjunction with the variable speed pedal, and I have now purchased 4 of these for my kids power wheels and plan on purchasing more as they get more. They have been working flawlessly and my kids love them as its a great teaching tool for driving because they can drive fast or slow with pedal control just like a real car. I purchased a brake pedal from them and the wire was bad out of the box and it blew out one of my units and they replaced everything for me. Much appreciated. Easy to wire following their instructions.

Knob component came loose after 1 month of use rendering it useless, worked great before that. I have not heard from seller, or option to get a hold of company for replacement.

If i could i would give them a 10 star review. Excellent customer service, a company eho stands by their product and is there to help you when problems arise. I had bought this for my sons jeep i converted, back in July but procrastination, my worst enemy delayed me from hooking it up. Once i did the conversion without the module the jeeps front wheels lifted off the ground when he hit the gas, scared the crap out of him. So i orders this dc speed controller, after 6 months of pushing off installing it i just got around to tinkering with the jeep few days ago, and had to get er all wired in and encountered i wasnt getting no power out of the module, had power supply going in but received no output, i messaged the seller and they were very fast at responding and sending me tips and troubleshooting steps, i tried and come to find out the pentiometer was disconnected from the pcb board, well the seller quickly apologized and sent me a new module the next day. I had the version 1.0 they have a more durable looking version thats more user friendly 2.0 version with digital display eyere it doesn't look like the pentiometer has any way it can be accidentally bent back or whatever it was that caused my original module to not function correctly, thing about it is it probably might have been disconnected due to my handling, so i cant tell you the performance of the product but i can tell you its a excellent company who isnt going to ignore you when product isnt right they will make sure your satisfied.

So this is working great after the knob fell off but I would say turn your adjustment to 100% because the adjustment stayed at 100% when the knob fell off

Purchased to make my child's modified 24 volt ride-on car safer. Prior to this module, it was basically a rediculously fast wheelie or drift machine depending on where I put two SLA batteries in the chassis (think weight transfer). It also regularly stripped the motor gears. After adding this module, the gear lifespan is much longer thanks to the soft start/stop feature, and I can dial the speed up or down depending on conditions. Mind you, you'll need a little electronic experience/know-how to make this work, it's not plug and play. I found a previous reviewer's wiring diagram extremely helpful, which I included a picture of again. Also have my mock-up picture included to show where I mounted the module. My parting word: keep things well ventilated because when upping the voltage on anything, things get a little toasty.

Product was just what I needed. Maybe I should have added extra protection. Needless to say, it worked with my Bosch batteries to bring my son’s power wheel back to life. I had noticed it getting warm, something I expected, being a motor controller. But it eventually failed. It works but passes 100% power through the controller. No way to slow down. It did make for a slightly exciting “last ride” before it got pulled. Meaning it is not fail “safe”.

I have two of these installed on two ride on toys. First one is 12 volt (18volt milwaukee battery w/reducer to 12volt) and the other with the full 18volt milwaukee. Both have been running for 2 years under heavy use w/ no issues to date. The variable speed gas pedal is a must and the soft stop brake is useless IMO. If you want a hard stop though there's a review video someone left that shows how to make this mod. Definitely worth it, my kids have had endless hours riding around the neighborhood.

I bought the speed control and variable pedal hooked it all up as described and as soon as you put a battery in it just powers the motors and takes off until you remove the battery. So I have a torn apart toy my daughter can't ride and parts scattered everywhere.....what now 🤷 has anyone had luck with these or can anyone recommend something that will actually work. My kid loved this thing that's why I did all this.

Doch bei der zweiten Bestellung funktionierte alles im Testlauf einwandfrei. Ich wollte damit das Fußpedal eines Kinderautos variabel steuern. Beim Testlauf hatte mein Sohn eine Steigung zu bewältigen. Obwohl ein geichtes Amperemeter nur 17 A anzeigte und der Innenraum mit Kühlventilatoren ausgestattet war, ist das Gerät durchgebrannt. Dies führte dazu, dass mein Sohn plötzlich unkontrolliert mit voller Geschwindigkeit losfuhr. Zum Glück hatte ich einen Killswitch per Funk installiert, der schlimmere Folgen verhinderte. Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls werde ich nun auf einen ESC (elektronischer Drehzahlregler) mit Rückwärtsgang und eingebauter Sicherung umsteigen. Sicherheit geht besonders bei Kindern vor, und ich hoffe, dass der neue Regler zuverlässiger ist.

The product works to vary the top speed via the dial. It's a great option. The soft start and stop isn't adjustable but I didn't find a need. Wiring was straightforward aside from the very flimsy connections that are common with the pedal wires so maybe not a fault of this product. The on/off pedal I used refused to work until I only used 2 of the three wires. That was a challenge to figure out and the documentation provided did not help. I purchased a variable speed pedal commonly purchased together with this product but could not make it work. Again, no documentation was helpful.
