Clean ingredients that taste good.
These are basically a light meal substitute or a "tide you over while working late/until you get a chance to eat a decent dinner" sort of bar. I sometimes use these as a light breakfast or lunch, as long as I eat fresh, carefully balanced foods for the other meals. On rare occasions, after I have eaten salad for dinner, it seems it was not the ideal size -- according to my stomach. To deal with bothersome stomach "growls", I sometime add one-third to half of a bar and just wrap the rest for later. It works for me, but then I'm accustomed to calorie restriction. When one is over 70 and no longer burning calories as effectively, calorie restriction helps in maintaining a healthy weight.

Impressive clean ingredients, 20g protein (whey & milk protein blend), 210 calories, 4 flavors.
These protein bars have great ingredients but do have some downsides, the bars have a medium-soft texture, the outer layer has a slight stickiness to it, and the inside is more dry, flaky and powdery, so I had to break small pieces off at a time and chew them slowly since I have sensitive teeth with crowns & fillings, all four flavors were very similar tasting, mostly a powdery dry taste with hints of chocolate chips ..etc, it took me around 10 minutes to finish a full bar, one benefit was that they didn't seem to mess up my stomach at all and agreed perfectly with me, so I know I will be able to take them on hikes or bike rides as a nice energy snack.Besides for the texture and taste, I do really appreciate the clean ingredients, no artificial sweeteners, low sugar, himalayan salt, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, natural flavors, and they are even sweetened using monk fruit, the protein source is a grass-fed protein blend which consists of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and milk protein isolate, each bar provides 20g of protein, 1g sugar, 200 mg sodium, 300 mg KSM66 Ashwagandha, 4g net carbs, are around 210 calories, includes 4 flavors (mint chocolate chip, almond chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, dark chocolate almond), (3 of each), two boxes of 12 bars (24 bars total).

I've purchased 4 boxes now and will continue. These are my favorite all time tasting bar. The coconut oil can melt a bit on the outside, use a paper towel if it warm outside. Overall taste is so wonderful. I make my own chocolate candy with coconut oil and I simply keep them in the frig to prevent the oil from melting. Tastes like a candy bar with protein. Best I ever ate by far

Great ingredients, ok taste
Atlas Protein Bar, 20g Protein, 1g Sugar, Clean Ingredients, Gluten Free (Chocolate Variety, 12 Count (Pack of 2))Absolutely love the clean ingredient list, nutritional values and bright fun packaging.I’m a regular consumer of protein/low carb meal replacement bars.I appreciate the convenience of not completely skipping a meal when I’m in a hurry or too busy working to take a substantial break. It’s also nice to have a quick go to snack that doesn’t hurt my macros.*For the ingredients, quality & convenience I’d give these bars 5 stars.I can’t however, in good conscience tell you that I’d buy this brand again or consume the remainder of what I have left after testing. The run down:Box includes 3 each of 4 flavors. All of them have the same texture for the most part which is best described as a dry sticky crumble. That’s fairly typical for protein bars so not the worst thing in the world to me.*My deduction of 2 stars came down to -1.5 for overall flavor & texture. The choc. mint is more comparable to a toothpastey type mint flavor than you’d expect in a food item. That one was a solid no for me. The dark choc and the almond bars were much more palatable flavor wise.*The other deduction of 1/2 star was more due to value. While I don’t necessarily feel like the price is too high, having to buy “bulk” of 2 boxes with 12 bars ea/24 total is risky if you don’t like them.Mine will most likely be discarded or given away.I do like the brightly colored fun packaging and the foil wrapped individual bars keep them fresh with no perceivable threat of melting in transit. The brand definitely feels like a good quality product in a typical protein bar sized portion.*Side note: They do appear to be produced in China based on the outer packaging (pic included) and I’m not entirely sure about food regulation standards from other countries in relation to USA FDA standards and guidelines.Overall, taste is subjective- you may enjoy them and have a different opinion. I really wanted to love them as I need some more options & these check all the boxes for me nutritionally wise.Hope this is helpful :)

Seemed overly dense at first, but these grew on me
After having a couple of these, I ended up liking them. I thought that the first one was super dense and didn't like it, but then I tried some more, and I do like them. They can be a bit messy, though, as the chocolate in them is soft and gets all over my lips...so, have a napkin handy. While I do like these, they definitely aren't my favorite protein bars, and I won't be ordering more of them. I'd probably get them if they were decently cheaper than my favorites, but they aren't. At a little over $2/bar, they aren't unreasonably priced at all, but I just have other varieties that I like better for about that same price.
