Fast Delivery, Defective Product with Zero Customer Support
⭐ Review of Mac Notebook Purchase I purchased this Mac notebook to complete my Apple ecosystem, and while the delivery was fast, the experience quickly turned disappointing. The notebook itself worked fine, but the battery was completely dead and the included charger wouldn’t hold a charge. I attempted to contact the seller for support, but unfortunately, I never received a response. With no help provided, I had to spend an additional $30 on a new charger just to use the laptop. Customer service is a critical part of any purchase, and in this case, it was nonexistent. After investing in a MacBook, I should not have to immediately buy another charger because the one provided was defective. Overall, I am very disappointed in the seller’s lack of responsiveness and poor product quality. I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.

Received a bricked MacBook
Update: it finally turned on after a few hours on the charger... Updated to 3 stars. For now. I received a bricked MacBook. Wouldn't turn on or charge. I used the same power adapter/cable on an iPhone and that charged just fine so it wasn't a faulty power adapter. Just a bricked MacBook.

Appears to be in good condition and operational.
So far so good. It arrived undamaged and powered up just fine. This is a gift so hasn't been fully opened up and used. It has a stick on cover over the front and back with a texture to it. Hopefully it will stay on.

Disappointed
This is the second time I’ve bought a machine from the same seller in both times I’ve had hardware issues. The first time was the display and the second time was the camera and then the power supply.
