Why spend all the money on CBRS when they just switch to WiFi hotspots and leave us with the bill of these expensive radios! Screw you guys and your lame ass voting for screwing over rural deployers while letting city dwellers use their cheap ass Outdoor hotspots.OH! And the replacement hotspots dont even work that well. Screw Helium and "the Peoples Network"! Waste of thousands of dollars, time for installation and effort mining for three years only to have yall screw us! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT HAS NO USE ANYMORE AND THEY SHOULD NOT STILL BE SELLING THESE RADIOS AS THEY HAVE BEEN PHASED OUT OF SERVICE!!

Hooked it up and it had an issue as the On Air status was "Off". This is a known issue on the FreedomFi side. I opened a ticket and it was resolved the next day. If you get a radio that wont "Lock" on GPS that is a known issue that Baicell can help you with as I noticed that issue in the comments. Just wanted to clear that up as the radio I received was brand new and it not being "on air" or a radio that "won't lock" GPS is not the sellers fault as they really are both known issues. 5 stars for me.

As of 1/7/23, the $Mobile token that this mines has $0 value fyi.Also, these do not work with the original $HNT miners. You need a newer version....one being the Bobber 500 gateway or the FreedomFi gateway, both of which are roughly $1000.Otherwise, the unit is built well and has a very sturdy case which is seemingly watertight.The price is greatly inflated due to the initial $HNT run which made the first people involved good money if they got in early.Also:Make sure to read the details. There is a process of getting approved. This includes such things as the unit being placed 20ft+ off ground level. This is important to know because you will need to be able to stand next to unit with a smartphone to check elevation and angle. For this reason, you wont be able to fix it to a flagpole and get it approved unless you have a huge ladder.This item was purchased because I previously had Helium $HNT units and I missed the boat because they all took too long to receive. That being said, I recommend to not invest in regular $HNT mining units because the payout is barely anything after their "updates" in the beginning of 2022. For instance, thes original units went from $500+ to $160ish because the payout is very low and they are literally leaving Lowran in the dust for their new $Mobile 5g setup.Lastly, do your research. Helium is well funded but have already proven to themselves that they had issues. Crypto will live on, but never give you pass keys out online and don't invest what you can't risk.

This is a huge don't buy I spent good money on the and the other part to it around 1500 bucks plus all the other stuff needed to install it to this date of posting from around a month ago not a dime the customer service was horrible please do your home work plus they keep cutting what you could get mine is down to 28 bucks a month from 160 something yet still not working I have make service tickets with no answers for that department DON'T buy

Just know you’ll need to buy other things. All other sellers when buying from companies at same price will include a grounding cable, outdoor waterproof ethernet cables, the eSIM cards usually 6 months up to a year for free. If you buy on here you have to buy all those things separately and your looking at another $100-200 which sucks.Also you’ll need weather seals, jpole, lightning protector, non penetrating mount with blocks, your looking at another $200-500

I was sent a very clearly used item in a box that looked like it was used for oil changes. The radio was weathered, sun bleached, and had been installed before despite the listing saying it was new. It arrived late so I had to order another one, this one too is arriving late and now the radios are double price because helium mobile is surging. Helium Deploy is price gouging on used radios that they are listing as new.

Arrived new as described. Came with all necessary hardware. Setup and registered and online the next day.

This radio is not being detected by my Freedomfi gateway. Everything is set correctly, but not being showed in the FreedomFi dashboard. I plugged everything and waited 24h but nothing happened. I’m trying to contact the seller but amazon says its a 3rd party seller and not allows me to get support. If I can’t solve this soon I’ll return the item because it’s not working.
