Are these the same spoons that come with the munchkin love a bowls?

No, these are longer and deeper, hold more food than the munchkin love a bowls. I bought both sets and they were both useful, as baby learned how to feed with the shallow spoons from love a bowls and has progressed to these.

Are they phthalates free ?

They are BPA free, but Icannot say if theyare phtalate free for sire. However, they are nit made of recycled plastic, so chances to find phtalates in them are slim in my humble opinion. This is only an opinion though.

Are the tips properly soft and bendy?

No - they arent. They don't flex and food is left in the spoon after feeding baby.
