I have by bottle here. It's water, natural hickory smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt. This product also has no additives, preservatives, or animal by-products and is gluten free.

how long can I use it after opening the bottle? Do I have to keep it in the fridge or cupboard?

This product is good to keep in a cupboard for 90 days after opening (no need to keep in the fridge). Hope that helps :)
