Hi, is there a huge difference between the adult and junior size? Not sure which one to pick

There is both a size and buoyancy difference between the two. The junior is perfect for petite women, teens and children. The standard is great for taller women, men and taller teen boys.

Could someone please advise me what the width (across the yellow/black stripes) and length of this pull buoy please.

15.5cm across the stripes. 23cm length.
