Well I'm so impressed with this product I have a second bottle on the way. I take 2 capsules a day, my kids take 1 a day each. My daughter had issues with her inner ear which is now going due to this product. And her hair condition also improved. The condition of my hair and skin has improved since taking it plus increased energy levels. I so totally recommend this for a daily vitamin for the who family.

Great health product. I started on a teaspoon mixed in water (wooden spoon only) then eventually stepped it up to two large heaped teaspoons. Drink plenty of water. Better digestion, weight loss, less cravings for bad foods & improved menstrual cycle.

I’m very pleased with this product. I’d highly recommend. I’ve noticed improvements right away. Only been taking for 3days. I have Lyme disease but I have two finger joints not as clawed out and not painful. Seems to be clearing me out. Yeah. Will def order again.
