Still undecided
Not sure if this is as effective as Bach remedy spray but am giving it a go. No instructions on bottle as to how many times to spray but as it's herbal that doesn't really matter. Taste is okay.

Miracle cure
I've been suffering from depression from a young age, after being severely bullied as a teenager. My anxiety attacks have always haunted me, and grew worse as I reached adulthood. Too ashamed to visit my doctor I struggled with my depression for many years until two years ago where certain events occurred that forced me to finally seek help, but unfortunately my doctor wasn't very sympathetic with me, and because of her behaviour I chose not to see her again and was faced to struggle again. Then earlier this year I lost a very dear member of my family and the shock took its toll. My anxiety attacks grew so bad that I had five in one night, which they usually came.I've tried other natural products to quash these attacks but nothing helped. I tried Kalms for a while and though they did somewhat help a little, they couldn't help me fight them. Then whilst on the suggestion of some herbal tea made especially for stress and anxiety I saw this spray. A little hesitant at first, I chose to do a little more research into it, and found that it has helped a great deal of people.I only wished I had found this ten years ago, this spray as helped me a greatly, and although I still get that horrible anxious feeling gripping me, I haven't had a panic attack now for three weeks, which is a record in my books. I've just made my third purchase now and I will undoubtedly do so from now on. I can't recommend this anymore as to me it's a miracle cure. For those who like my self are battling against depression and anxiety please, give this a try. I know that it may not help everyone but I think it helps a good number of silent suffers.

If you suffer from severe stress or anxiety its unlikely to have any effect on you
If you look at the other reviews the people who have benefited most from this only have mild anxiety/stress. If you suffer from severe stress or anxiety then its not going to do anything as it merely acts as a placebo. Just don't buy it thinking you're going to spray this in your mouth and feel a wave of calmness. Wont happen, although i'm sure some people will say it will. The taste is pleasant enough however, kind of like a nice medicine taste.

Broken bottle
I usually order two bottles to have one spare. The order arrived in a soaking wet envelope. When I opened it, one bottle was completely damaged. When I wanted to complete replace the item I got a message that this item is not eligible for a replacement. So I paid for two bottles but got one. It became a pretty expensive remedy now.

Just the job
I have found flower remedies to be very helpful previously and when I spotted this while looking for something natural to support our poor dog suffering from firework overload I thought I'd give this a go. Each case will be different no doubt, but for us, it made a noticeable difference. She is a very nervous rescue at the best of times, slowly getting more confident but will probably always have a degree of 'edge'. With bangs, cracks and motorbike noises she gets to Defcon 2 almost immediately. while the shaking and shivering didn't go completely it was better, and she didn't have the 'wild-eyed' look or try to dig her way under the sofa - a definite improvement!
