BT Digital Audio Baby Monitor 450 Lightshow, HD sound, lullabies, two way talkback, night light

BT have really done themselves proud on this product!!.It's so great, not invasive and does the job and more perfectly!!. It really is the perfect combination of health. well-being and safety, security, for your baby. Without all the craziness of some of the products out there today. Which you want to do the same thing but are way over the top and with this near enough cause so much harm to baby with the radiation they produce with overboard, unnecessary EMF's! Bluetooth, wireless, wifi, smartphone connection/app etc.. gosh its endless!! and yet so bad for babies health.There's none of those worries with this device, its safe effective, easy to use ''old skool'' yet with all the lovely little mod cons that aren't invasive to babies health or parents for that matter. Its GREAT!! I love it! its humbly reasonably priced, has a lovely choice of sounds for babies to listen to which doesn't over take any other noises baby may make, it has a nice little lightshow display for bed times, a in built thermometer which is very accurate, and a talk to baby little monitor if needed and good sound system so that you can hear baby. I'm really please with this product I can't fault it at all its perfect just the way it is. Im so please I brought it.

*my review from 2017 - I have since gifted it and it's still going strong*Didn't need a video monitor, I just want to know if little man is upset.This is perfect for my needs. He loves the lightshow and it works better than I imagined. The nature sounds (amongst a selection, nursery rhymes, white noise etc) are also great at soothing him. I can activate these from the parent control to calm him in an instant.Also there is two way talk back which comes in handy with my partner and I.Temperature monitor I've found to be accurate but some people haven't found it so but not to worry, the temp can be adjusted manually if you feel the need.All in all a brilliant monitor and very sensitive. I can hear every gurgle. There is a light display should you want to mute it.Only thing I don't use is the night light as it's too dim and I have a grolight that I use for that purpose.

This is a brilliant baby monitor. The biggest advantage is sound quality and the fact that it picks up every relevant sound without being oversensitive or amplifying noise floor. We've never had any problem with the range in any house we visited. The Link indicator blinks for few seconds and once it connects it stays on and never drops. Receiver has a very useful visual indicator above the screen (very helpful when I work on a PC with headphones on). Due to its smooth fade in/fade out you can see the nature of the sound. It will also turn red if it detects cry (usually this is in extreme situations where you really should run and check if everything is ok with the baby). There is also plenty of lullabies, night light and the lightshow (the latter being rather useless as the shapes are not sharp on the ceiling). All of that can can be controlled remotely. Compared to the previous model which we bought as a gift few years back this one doesn't have a docking station for the receiver and you just connect the charger directly. This was a good move because it helps keeping the cost down while docking station is just one more item to be lost.Of course not everything is perfect. The temperature sensor is not very accurate even though you can calibrate it so it's best to disable the temperature alarms. Battery indicator is useless as it shows one bar very quickly while in fact there is plenty of juice in the battery. We just ignore the battery indicator and charge when it starts beeping. In general the battery performance is really good. We usually just charge it overnight and then use all day.

We've been using this daily for nearly 3 years and it just works.The range is excellent and doesn't drop out when we move around the house.Our little one loves the light show and asks for it every one. She also asks for the music and helps her go to sleep.The only issue, sometimes the battery will show fully charged and then suddenly it's showing as low battery. This doesn't happen often, perhaps once every 6 months, but something to be aware of.

Amazing! We use this every night without fail, the quality of sound is so good and the little light show, night light, white noise AND music is such a good feature for the price! The only downside is the parent side of the monitor battery life if a bit rubbish, having it on for an average of 4 hours in the evening and turning off when we go to bed. The battery life fully charged will last 2/3 nights. So on average 8-12 hours, give or take. But for the price a brilliant buy! Also it sometimes picks up outside noises, I.e motorbikes going past. Slightly annoying but nothing that would stop me from recommending this product.

I use this to communicate with our three year old, she feels secure in knowing that anything she is troubled by in the night, can quickly be put to rest without her leaving her room. We keep the parent end with us whilst we potter around the house past her bedtime and whilst we sleep.The temperature is definitely not accurate, but this is fine as we know it reads high by about 3 degrees C so can adjust the temp in her room accordingly.The light show is a lot better than our expensive video monitor she grew up with from newborn which was also BT but very glitchy.The music and natural sounds aspect is really good and covers everything, from natural sounds, white noise to music.The sound quality coming through the parent end is clear and very close to HD, I was very pleasantly surprised it and the two way talk back is clear and doesn't cut out at all (as our last high spec one did) - especially when our little one wants to have an in-depth discussion about a dream she's having.For us, we no longer need the video element in a monitor due to the growing nature of out little girl. So this ticks all our boxes and then some.
