Unfortunately, I was only able to use my recovery rope once before it was shredded. That being said; the rope is very nicely made and it performed amazingly for towing a dead truck back home. The individual I was helping accidentally ran over the rope twice, but it is definitely harder than it seems to explain to someone how to avoid doing so. I was able to tow his truck up a couple steep (paved) hills with no problem and we eventually got the truck back to his house about 2 1/2 miles from where he was stopped. The rope was ruined after this, I have included photos of the aftermath. I highly recommend this product to someone who may be thinking about looking elsewhere. Of course I did not manage to exceed the ropes weight rating by any stretch of the imagination, so I could totally see it performing excellent under way more strain. I recommend for someone looking for a good quality, affordable recovery rope to add to their recovery kit.

I unfortunately got a faulty rope but the amazing customer service didn’t disappoint and refunded me the money so I went straight back and ordered a new one cause I loved the service I received if I could give them 1000 stars I would! So far I used this rope 4 times in 2 days and it’s been perfect!! Thank you so much! So far so good!

Works fabulous for those who get stuck, if you're an off-roader great for recovery, I keep one in my car, good value for the money, pretty good quality.

Bought this for off road Jeeping at Sand Hollow, but it was my camper and loaded Jeep trailer that got stuck. Turn was too tight and the front tires buried in the outer berm and the trailer tires stuck in the inside berm.Using this rope, my buddy in a Jeep 4 door pulled me out and sling-shotted me down the road with first try. Very impressive
