The description of this item is not clear. It is a “Big Value Bundle” SIM from Vodafone. This means that you can only use it with Big Value Bundle pay plans.

Sim did not work at all, waste of time and money. Do not bother but this product.

Simply inserted into my unlocked phone, flew to the UK. I had loaded 20.00 UKP on to my online Vodafone account which I had created prior to travel and made calls in the UK when taxing to the gate on landing. Found costs to be very reasonable compared to T-Mobile UK. AT&T charge $10.00 day fixed each day you use your US phone for any call in the UK or to USA. I was there for three weeks and topped up Vodafone 30.00 UKP in all. I had emailed the number to a list of potential and regular UK contacts. All very very good value and super simple. Purchased the SIM on AMAZON two days before my departure.
