4pcs 3pcs STM32F103C8T6 Minimum System Development Board with Imported Chip STM32 ARM Core Learning Board Module

The tiny SOT23-5 3.3V regulator on the bottom gives out easily. The rest of the board is great, good pcb, micro works. If plan on doing anything more than a couple of LED's, best to remove the voltage regulator and supply the 3.3v externally.

I was able to use these boards right out of their anti-static bags. I loaded one with a bootloader for arduino IDE connection and used ST-link on the others. They are cleanly soldered and bright. A good value.
