What can I say, excellent. Cannot begin to praise this programme enough. I am an advanced Personal Trainer, bought this as I don't have the energy to write programmes for myself, and with this no gym membership to pay.*Positives1. Awesome programme, varied, works you at a good pace gets the heart rate up, however is you are a beginner you can scale it down to your level as there are modifications shown. Don't be put off. Advanced people you up the weights, so it is for everyone, no level of fitness excluded.2. Stepanie- Awesome trainer, very under-rated, Probably the best Trainer on the planet. Forget P90X and all the gimmicks, priced at £105, you get a months training here, for under £93. Stephanie is warm and friendly highly motivating. She lights up the room. What have you to lose by trying?
Started on 29 March. Have done 4 workouts so far. Doing slimmingworld as best I can and lost 1.5lbs. If that happens after 4 workouts what is going to happen after doing both for 30 days?? My hope is a very tone bod for summer holiday so I don't look like a beached whale LOL. You don't ache after the exercises. They are between 20-30 mins which I do before work. Only one exercise I have trouble with is thrusts. I'm just not agile enough. Enjoyable. Why not try the YouTube vids before buying but I don't think you will regret getting it if you have an aim. I haven't. May update this after the 30 days.

I love her and her workouts
The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because Stephanie's voice can be over bearing and the music in the back is too quiet/boring but ... I love her and her workouts!! She intervals between cardio and weights.I have davina's DVDs too (that I love!) I'd purchase this if you want something that's more intense and you are up for a longer workout (between 20-25 mins each)! The exercises are in a sequence but you do less reps the less time you have (going from 20 all the way down to 1). If you are up for a hard and tough workout and have dumbells I highly recommend.

I recommend it!
Great exercise DVD and I've had a few! This one is better as it counts down the time and there is no celebrity element, just someone who inspires as she looks and sounds great. No awful jokes or background music and there are so many exercise routines to choose from. Very achievable.

It's good for busy mums as a starting point. I really liked the abs part but the rest is just ok. Way too many breaks! Stephanie is rather irritating when she's on and on about how sweaty she is. As I said - good for beginners but after a few days you want to be challenged more

Really enjoy working out to this DVD, can feel and see a change on two weeks. I like Stephanie personally, and like how she presents the workout.

very easy to follow and exercise
very easy to follow and exercise, good for beginners, I did notice a difference after just 10 days, however didn't know I need to use hand weights -lifts. but all in all its really good, I would recommend it for easy start.
