Babz 2.7L Fruit Infusion Pitcher Jug with Ice Core - to Chill Drinks and Create Tasty Fruit Infusions

If you are going to buy and use a fruit infusion jug then this does the job. It holds a decent amount and it's easy to clean. It's a simple concept and thus there is nothing to go wrong. However, I bought it and then found I didn't really need it. It was just as easy to stick a slice of lemon / orange / other fruit in the plastic bottle I drink out of. So I am not knocking the product itself, just wondering whether you really need it. I found that it took too much space to store and so I am getting rid of mine, so before you make the purchase, maybe think about whether you would really use this. But if you do decide you want it, then this is a well-priced version and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

While I love the idea of an infuser core...when you start drinking the water and the level goes down, the fruit is just exposed to air, rather than flavouring your water. I may just take the core out altogether. Like the jug itself, though.Edit: went to pull the jug out of the refrigerator, handle came clean off. It had never been in the dishwasher and was maybe the fifth or sixth time used. It wound up all over the carpet. Had to then buy a carpet steamer to combat mould. BEWARE.

Got inspired by Khloe Kardashian's recommendation, and works great! Especially for me, who doesn't like to "eat" pieces of fruit while drinking. Tip for using: Put fruit you like the most in the bottom, as the more you drink, the less water will be on top, and the top fruit will not be infusing in the water anymore.I'm not sure if it's dishwasher friendly, but I was it in the sink and it's very easy to wash.

I needed some kind of jug to avoid keep filling up my drink bottle. I didn't think that I would find such a perfect thing. I never thought it would be a bit too big for my fridge and should have looked at the size. However a bit of moving the shelves around in the fridge, there it is perfect. Dunno what all the fuss is about this!I've done two infusions, the first with mixed berries, strawberry, raspberries etc then fresh pineapple & i have to say i was completely unimmpressed!!! Hardly any taste at, not worth sending back so i'll just use it as a water jug which is basically all it is!!!

Only problem is that the jug is too big for my fridge. Have checked other reviews since and may have not bought it if I had know it was so tall. However it works well and I have used suggestions that other people have made like putting in ice or frozen fruit. Once I have infused the water, I transfer to a smaller jug and put in the fridge.

Don't buy it!I got the package and then found it was broken. The handle has fallen off. The jug itself is made of cheap plastic - believe me, you will not like it if you want it for pretty drinks. It's ugly - and in my case, it's also broken.I contacted the seller to have a refund, I showed them the pictures of how the jug is damaged. They agreed for a return - if I pay it myself.Well...I'm not going to bother anymore. But will never buy stuff from this store.Hope this helps you if you are thinking if it is good.

Awful! The lid is so tight and the plastic is of poor quality, trying to get the lid off it feels that it is going to shatter, it takes a wrestling match to actually get the lid off. Also it is far too big to get in to the fridge and I have an American size fridge.
