Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce

I love a hot sauce but often they are just that, hot. This is hot (not crazy hot but hot enough) but it also has amazing flavours, will definitely but again

Bought this as a present for my father as he lives spicy food. He must either be an alien or have no taste buds as he calls it mild... I must have burnt my taste buds off just by smelling the thing. I'm too chicken to try it myself.

Honestly I absolutely love this sauce. Perfect kick, plenty of flavour. Pretty much chucking it on everything at the moment. It’s unapologetically hot but still good for seasoning.

Good all round hot sauce. Not too crazy about the flavour but it doesn't have a lot of vinegar in which can be overwhelming in some sauces.

Actually makes a nice dip, bit tangy... cook with it though and jheeeeeeeze! Another story! I use it often as i love spicy food. Last time i used it, i used a little more than usual... Everyone in kitchen started coughing and sneezing... and long story short my stomach was K.O'D for a whole 2 days... great product, but be smart 😂.

This chilli sauce is nice but i would say that the other sauces they have on the same range are much hotter than this sauce such as the ghost chilli sauce and i personally think that there other sauces have a better flavour aswell. Having said that it is still very nice and i would say worth trying you wont be disapointed but i would say there is tastier sauce tho the taste is still good

This sauce has great flavor but is relatively mild. By "relatively", I mean when compared to Dave's Insanity , Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce (note the difference, ... not 'pure ghost'), and even Blairs After Death . The Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is much, much hotter since it includes pepper extract. This 'pure ghost' sauce does not include pepper extract, so it is only as hot as the peppers and other ingredients make it. That said, it is still much hotter than Tabasco and still deserves some respect. Depending on how much heat you like, this sauce may be 'just right'. It has excellent flavor and a moderate amount of heat. -- Update, July 3, 2011 -- Over time, this has become one of my favorite 'mild' sauces. The flavor is unique and is very good on sandwiches, wraps, and several other dishes. It isn't so mild (like most grocery store hot sauces) that I have to pour a whole bottle on something to get some burn. The label definitely over-hypes the heat, but if you can forgive them for that, and if you like the unique flavor, it is a good sauce.

I am of korean descent, and have had my share of spicy food. Korean food as you know has varying degrees of spicy foods that also taste amazing. The 357 pure ghost hot sauce by mad dog, is the best hot sauce I have had in a very long time, as far as the balance of flavor and heat is concerned. Its not hot at all in my opinion but it does have that bite that lingers nicely after consumption [not overbearing]. I can see why others have commented that this and the other non pure version were considered great flavor enhancers. I am a little disappointed as far as the heat level is concerned. I was hoping to experience more of the bhut jolokia, but over all I am very happy with experimenting with this brand. Mad Dog you have 1 more fan to add to your list of many. I will definitely be buying more hot sauces from this company, and very soon too. I highly recommend this hot sauce, to anyone who wants a step up from the bull sh-t you find at your local grocery store. This brand by far, beats out tobasco, franks red hot, red devil, and the other run of the mill brands u see in stores, in both heat content and flavor. Note: I have purchased from amazon a lot in the past, and this is the first time I felt a product was necessary/worthy of a review.

This Ghost Pepper Sauce is FANTASTIC! If you like HOT, You'll love this sauce. It is not just pure Ghost Pepper heat, it actually has a ton of flavor. So far I have used this in Chili & Pizza. You'll only need a few drops on whatever you need to add a little heat (and flavor) to; and although the bottle is fairly small, just a few drops will go a very long way... ENJOY!

I ordered this hot sauce and I love it! I put it on everything, it adds great flavor with just the right amount of spiciness. But the customer service was horrible. I received an extra bottle of this hot sauce, and I wanted to return it because it was cracked in half in the package. So I emailed the company, and they responded asking for pictures of the broken part so they can resolve this issue. So of course, i sent pictures. But they never returned back on what to do. They flat out ignored me. So i threw it away. I would recommend this hot sauce to anyone wishing for full flavor, and kick. In all, this is an excellent hot sauce for everyday use. Adds flavor and heat. But don't count on good customer service.
