I feel greater energy when I take these. They are well made and I don't really notice any taste when I take them, although I swallow the quickly.

Very clean brand

We waited to review this until we finished the entire bottle, and then bought another bottle, and finished that bottle, because this was the first time we took Moringa and actually felt results. On the one hand, this is a health-supplement that is mostly intended for preserving health and fostering good health, including cellular health, and even aiding in preventing certain disease processes in the body as we age, such that we don't feel too terribly different taking this for just a few weeks. On the other hand, this is a supplement that has a reputation for people feeling a bit better after months of taking it, so we took it and bought some more of the same product, and then finished that bottle off as well, before discussing how this made us feel. In the end, after we had both taken this for months, we felt that this is a good option for this product, but, more than that, we actually noticed a difference with this, as compared to another form of Moringa that we'd taken from another pretty well-rated brand. The main difference here was that, while this smells the same when you open the capsule and tastes the same if you taste it to check what's actually in it, this doesn't seem to behave the same once we take the pills. With this, after well over a month of use, we both noticed a slightly better feeling and slightly better-looking skin, which is in line with taking an antioxidant supplement. Then, in looking at the ingredients, we realized that this has about double the dose we've ever taken before. Overall, this has a much better dosage than the other products we've tried, for the same money, which is really quite wonderful, and this actually made us feel noticeably better, in keeping with how we feel on higher dose antioxidants, than before we took it. It did take about a month for me to see a bit of better-skin, and it took about a month for us to notice we felt slightly better. If only this could help with sleep, too, we'd be feeling amazing. But it does help in the same ways you expect from an antioxidant, including slightly better skin (not on the level of Vitamin C and E together, but very much like when I took this skin-benefitting antioxidant supplement years back, which did seem to work for overall health as well), and including a general feeling of slightly better overall well-being. As usual, chalk this up as a win for the antioxidant supplement that some of the journal articles are recommending. It's not safe to take if pregnant or about to be, given it's lack of safety-studies for mommy and baby, but it seems to be safe for most other people, and it's a very commonly taken supplement, so we felt safe taking this at the recommended dose, and we're both buying more and staying on it, because it seems to be mildly effective, as compared to other forms of Moringa. I think the best way to describe it is to say that we took two other forms in the last year, feeling a little better if we stuck to the regimen, but then we took Solaray, and we felt better on this than we'd felt on the others, such that we feel that this is a better product than the others we've tried. After all this testing, this is the brand we'll be taking in the future, because we have no side-effects and no odd tastes and no issues with it, while it actually seems to make us feel a bit better than not taking it, starting after about a month of taking it every day.
