Catsan Hygiene Plus Cat Litter White, 20L

This is the only cat litter that my three cats like using. It doesn't need changed as often as other brands, as long as you scoop the box and top it up. It's very absorbent, odor limiting, a little dusty but not so bad, very fresh and it doesn't clump which is of paramount importance in regards to safety in case of ingestion. It's a great cat litter that's well worth the money and we go through around two bags per month with three large cats. They're happy with it and use it, they don't have accidents outside of the tray and so we're more than happy to pay the extra for their comfort.

We've tried a few different cat litters, and this has been one of the best. It absorbs moisture well, helps keep odours to a minimum, and lasts a good amount of time before needing a full change. Our cats took to it straight away, and it keeps the litter tray much fresher. Great value for the size, would definitely buy again.

great cat litter, not too heavy and the larger bag size is great value for money. non clumping litter that seems to control nasty smells fairly well, much better than some at least, but my cats seem to be able to overpower even the best air fresheners. good absorbency, no puddles in the tray and handled all 4 of my cats for a few days. good.

I love these Smart Packs! They are just so easy and convenient to use. No dust and very good odour control. I will often get slightly more use out of them by adding a thin layer of catsan litter (from a regular bag) over the top (and of course removing bowel movements straight away as and when they happen). There is some tracking, but I don't think there is any litter out there that doesn't do this. My only negative is the cost - it does work out expensive. I managed to purchase these on a great deal on Amazon for £6.60 a pack but they have now reverted to regular price so cancelled my subscription. However when I don't use this it probably only works out a bit cheaper but with a lot more effort (washing the tray, buying liners, puppy pads to line the bag and then loose litter). Ohhh...and if you step on a pice of loose litter it is AS painful as stepping on lego 😂

Our Bengal cat loves it he does this soon as my partner finishes cleaning 🧼 litter box with hood he dives in scrambling around then all goes quiet bless him then let's a loud yowl to say 😺 dad or mum done then does a little jump but most of all our rescue Bengal does the approval meows then he's sweeping with his paws to clean the residue he throws out when used litter . Now from 😺 dad or mum clumping great 😃👍. Sometimes dust not litter fault ! It's it's the other half when he scoops up the granules n shakes vigorously it retains moisture that's good 👍 last thing we don't want smells of urine or worst 💩. I find the noise is loud when Bailey scrambles around.. not sure on comfort I 🤔 Bailey's ok with it otherwise he wouldn't use it he's very fussy he makes us chuckle 🤭 when he's at the 🚪 asking to be let out he'll say a nooo if litter not been scooped but it's really strange he's out for couple of minutes then gives a really loud yowl to be let in next he's using the litterbox to my otherhalfs annoyance says just put you out now using the litterbix with Bailey's saying I know so yes to environment. A bit on pricey side I always say you get what you pay for! Yes would recommend it.

After trying both the brown wood pellets and this Catsan litter - this is definitely the winner. I like the idea of the brown pellets as they're biodegradableeable, but unfortunately, because our cat is a house cat at the moment, they just didn't last long enough. Within a day the wooden pellets had turned to soggy powder and smelt. In comparison, this Catsan stuff seems to last a lot longer and disguise the smell much better - making it better value for money in my opinion. The only downside, is that whenever my cat jumps out of the litter tray he has a few of the little stones stuck in his paws which then spray over the floor - so you'll need a dust pan and brush handy to sweep them up!
