Great shaker
This type of shaker is ideal especially for those who may go away alot due to the compartments. This is the second time I have got one (dog got the lid and used it as a chew toy).I found that it actually leaves shakes a little lumpy but I replaced the element that breaks up the powder with a metal ball from another shaker and it's perfect.Be careful as the lid is it's own part and if you lose or damage it, you need a whole new shaker.

Handy protein shake bottle with 2 compartments and screw top drinking spout. This is handy if you intend to mix your shake later in the day. Add the powder to one of the lower sections and mix when convenient. The second spare compartment is handy for other nutritional foods.
