DELUXE TRUNK MOUNTED BIKE RACK

I don’t usually write review, but this product is exceptional and it works perfectly with my BMW 2024 1 series as you can see. It Just required an inexpensive strap for my own additional safety and simple bungee to stop the front wheel from swinging about and lock it all in place in the frame. The hard rubber mounts fit the frame perfectly. The bracket doesn’t move and it’s solid as a rock! It was embarrassing easy to set up, put two bars into a hole and it’s all ridged, ready to go onto the car. I’m please to say I would Highly recommended this ! Only upgrade I intend to do it change the straps to tension ones but that’s for myself. It was epic to see the compatibility list on the box.

This was useful when we went on holiday and needed to take my son’s bike with us. The strength and capacity haven't been fully tested yet, but it held the bike securely without any issues. While it wasn't too difficult to assemble, it could be easier. Although it took two people to put it together properly, with the right coordination, I believe one person could manage it. We placed it in the area recommended in the assembly instructions, and there was no paint damage or scratches afterward. Overall, I believe it offers good value for money as it is, but there is definitely room for improvement to enhance the experience.

Purchased this for a family trip to Center Parcs for my sons Bike and My Daughters Bike. Took less than 10 minutes to unpack and install and the bikes both fitted nicely with no issues. The journey to Center Parcs the bikes looked secure and upon arrival there appeared to be no movement, no scratches or scuffs to either bike. Again removing the bikes was easy and the rack folded down nicely in the boot to be stored away for the week. This was exactly what I needed and at a great price.

Brilliant, used lots of times and its great value for money.

I bought this to use on my Audi A3. It fit really well. I haven't had a bike rack before. Found the instructions very easy to follow to install the rack. Once installed it was very stable, and was able to add my Trek bike. I have only used it with a single bike. But the bike hasn't fallen off yet and the rack has always been stable, even in strong winds :) However, the metal brackets that hold the rack in place around the boot has scratched some of the paint on the edges they clip onto which is not good and the reason it brought it from 4 stars to 3 stars Pros: - Straight forward to install - Once installed, feels very stable - easy to install a bike (didn't try two bikes, but looks like two would be as easy as one bike - was cheaper than some I was considering Cons: - has scratched the inside edges of the boot of my car - not pleased - buying this type of rack means you cannot open the boot when the rack is attached - so planning ahead is needed I would recommend this but for the paint scratching. I would look for a similar rack that has hooks that don't scratch paint.

Bike fits securely and safely but I did have to buy straps to secure the front wheels separately which I would have expected to come with the rack hence only a four star review.

Easy fit for my vaxhall antara. Takes my e bike and good lady’s standers city bike no problem. Seems sturdy and well made. Had to buy cross braces for both bikes in order to use.heavy duty for heavy e bike. Standard for ladies city bike. Well worth the money.

Easy to install, feels really sturdy and secure and stays that way while travelling.

Incredible value, really. I was considering having a hitch installed on my car so I can put on a specialized bike rack so my girlfriend and I can take our bikes out. That would have cost me upwards of $700. Instead I got this for under $85 total and didn't need to install any hitch or make any customizations to my car. Product itself is easy to install. Out of the box one step to get it ready for attaching to your trunk requires a bit of strength, but beyond that attaching to your trunk is easy and surprisingly secure. I've since driven it with two bikes at 120 km on the highway and had no issue. Great product, saved me a lot of money. Only downside is that if someone wanted to snatch the whole rack or take your bike(s) off to steal them, it's not that hard. For that reason I always remove the hitch when I take my bikes off.
