Copper Chef Copper Crisper Non-Stick Oven Baking Tray with Crisping Basket, 2 Piece Set

I recently purchased the Copper Chef Copper Crisper Non-Stick Oven Basket to expand my baking and cooking options, and I'm incredibly impressed! The non-stick abilities of this crisper are absolutely top-drawer. I've used it for a variety of foods, and everything slides right off with ease, making cleanup a breeze. If you're looking for extra trays with fantastic non-stick performance, I highly recommend the Copper Chef Copper Crisper. It's truly a game-changer for oven-cooked dishes!

I love the Copper Chef Crisper. I first saw it on a well known shopping channel (25% dearer) and thought I would see if Amazon sold it cheaper and give it a try. I have used the Copper Chef to cook bacon, sausages, fish fingers and hash browns. They cook evenly and any oil drips away into the tray. I have also used it for pies and pasties and got a 360 degree cook and no soggy bottoms. The tray I cover with kitchen foil and use separately as a roasting tin. It is a neat size and would suit a small cooker/oven.

I've taken one star off because it is, as other reviewers have noted, smaller than it looks - and smaller than most baking trays. The leaflet that comes with it suggests you'll be able to cook frozen pizza on it; that would need to be a small pizza. Also, if I was being picky, the recipe/ information booklet isn't very detailed or informative. However, it is a serious piece of kit. Get one, get one now, before I buy them all! My first one arrived today and hopefully the second will arrive tomorrow...then we'll see how many I feel I need. Unlike all the other things I have bought to cook healthy chips in the oven (straight from potato to rack to plate, no parboiling or drying or cutting bits of parchment required!) If they make a bigger one I'll be first in line to buy one!

This is a really great tray for cooking oven chips. It is so easy to clean.

Super fast delivery - came within 24 hours. This is a great product have used it several times already for chips, chicken bacon etc. works really well and nothing has stuck to it so far. Better than messing about with an air fryer and cheaper. Great, however some of the copper coating is wearing off but doesn't affect the use too much.

The crisper mesh tray is ok and does its job but very unsatisfied by the bottom so called copper tray which seems to be cheaply coated with copper paint and started peeling off from second use and this is also after the recommended use only .Any oil drips onto the bottom tray and the paint starts oming off

Good product great for all round cooking allows heat to circulate around food so the food is a lot crisper than the food sitting flat on a normal baking tray. Plus the tray for the rack to sit on to catch any fats or juices that come from the food. The bonus is it's all non-stick so cleaning becomes easy. The only down side is that it would not suit a large family as you would need properly two Crispers for bigger quantities.

After seeing reviews on the copper crisper I thought I would buy one as I love gagets. I made some meatballs and cooked them in the oven instead of frying them. I set the timer for 20 minutes. Then checked them I gave them another 5 minutes just to be sure no turning was nessacery. They came out perfect and didn't stick result I did put some foil in the tray to aid with cleanup . Cannot wait to try some crispy chicken potions later in the week. Will buy another as they aren't very big enough for my hubby and I. Not large enough for more than two. People

The product i received was 20cm x 20cm and not the mentioned dimensions.

This product advertises that is is bigger. MUCH bigger. The basket is about 8" x 10" at the most. It's a great little basket, but the description size is very misleading. I'm not sure why some reviews say the basket is hard to clean. It cleaned up well for me.

Makes great air fryer chicken and fries. Although on the small side for a large family which is why I got two of them that fit side by side in the oven. Would strongly recommend.

Use this to crisp up take out fries and chicken. In just a few minutes in the oven, limp fries and soft chicken are crispy and crunchy again.
