does the mouse platform swivel over the keyboard

No it doesn't swivel over.. it rotates around its axis so you can adjust the tilt.. however I don't find this feature very useful as it contributes to the mouse sliding off if the angle it too steep

How long are the screws? My desk is only 3/4" inch thick. I don't want them to pierce through the top of the desk

is the keyboard on an arm that can extend away from the desk - I need to view my screen from at least an arms length?

Hi! the length of the arm is 4.5" below the desk. It cannot be extended but the keyboard tray tilts and swivels to the perfect position.

Will this fit over Flexispot standing desks motor?
