Works Wonders
Work like a charm to get to sleep. Still takes me a while, but probably less than half an hour normally. Taste is good. Best part is the theramine (or whatever it is) that kind of shuts up your brain, works well for people with anxiety like myself.

Use these for a good night's sleep
These are my favorite sleep gummies. I take two thirty minutes before bed and they help me become more calm, then im fast to sleep. And the flavor taste really good.

Sleep gummy that works quickly
Flavor is great. Gave this product 4 stars due to my dosage being half of one pill. If I take recommended dose I end up with crazy and sometimes scary dreams. Does help to put me to sleep quickly so love the effectiveness.

This an improvement in taste and texture on Olly's previous version of low dose ,elatonin.

Good but don't last long
The gummies came intact, not melted. They had a good texture and taste. They were effective and didn't take long to fall asleep. They didn't last long though. After a couple hours, you're back up.
