A little flimsy, but does the job well and doesn't seem to fill the record with static, so that's definitely a plus. It's not exactly a luxury, feel good product, definitely function over form and very basic, but for the price it's fine and it does help to remove that thin bit of dust or cat hair or whatever that manages to find its way onto the record between taking it out of the sleeve and putting it on the platter. Obviously if your records are really dirty, this is not going to help that, but that's not really its purpose. Good for what it is as a brush to just quickly wipe your records before play.

Cheap and simple, does what it says it would. Why pay more for other products?

Worth the money. Simple to use and dose the job

I have never had a record brush before, not really knowing about them. However since I have bought it and used for less then a week, it has been a revelation. The sound due to the cleaning process is an awful lot better. Now, some of my records as a result still need a more deeper clean, that should detract that there is a good 90% improvement in reduction of those "scratch" noises after using the brush. The other 10% is just needing that fluid process which currently I cannot afford. So, does that 10% on certain albums ruin the experience? Not at all. Not using the brush prior to use? Of course! In some ways I am very surprised that Pro-Ject themselves don't bundle the brush with the turntable in the first place, as for a mere £10 at makes a big difference and will ensure your needles lasts a lot longer.So to sum up, it really is a no-brainer. Get one and clean your record prior to use. You will notice the sound quality improvement over just giving it a quick clean with a relevant cloth. A full 5 stars due to the cost and ease of use.

I purchased this brush to address annoying static problems I was experiencing when using one of my turntables. The brush is relatively easy to use and does appear to help resolve some of the static issues. However, the brush does not completely overcome static.The brush is extremely lightweight meaning you need to be very careful how you hold it and present the bristles to the vinyl surface. In my opinion, the construction of the brush would benefit from being more robust.Once used, the brush collects dust and fibres very quickly. Debris needs to be removed from the bristles to prevent redistribution of this onto the surface of the next record. From my perspective, cleaning the brush is very important. At present, I am not sure of the best method to use.In summary, the brush has gone some way to overcoming annoying static pop. Unfortunately it is not the perfect solution and I will now start to explore other options for a more consistent result.

This is a great brush for the price. It feels good in hand and the hairs/fibre's don't feel like they would damage the record. Easy to clean after using. The brush snaps under the handle and feels locked in place, the build quality is excellent as you'd expect from a pro-ject product.

Nicely made, compact and well-designed brush. Does exactly what it should do - cleans the grooves and eliminates static perfectly. Simple, fast and effective. Excellent value.
