BOSS Gt-100 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal

Firstly, well done to the despatch team at JB's Music Store. My GT 100 arrived in perfect condition and exactly when promised. The pedal is a superb bit of kit. A big step up from my GT 5 which I have had for years and still love. The GT 100 was supplied with the V2 system software and so has all the latest bells and whistles. The on-board sounds are perfectly usable and cover a vast array of genres. However, most users will want to create their own sounds. It really couldn't be easier to put together any combination of amp and effect with the EZ Tone feature. Any parameter can be tweaked to find your perfect sonic sweet spot. But what about the on-board effects? I have used a few multieffect pedals over the years and you can end up with a mixed bag. The GT 100 excels where many don't. If you are an individual stompbox fan don't be afraid to give this pedal try. Setting the pedal to manual mode allows you to use it like a box of separate effects. Unlike some other pedals, these effects are not sonically compromised. If you are in the market for a multieffect GIVE THIS A TRY! If it's too expensive GET A SECOND JOB until you've saved enough money! Read the manual when you get it. Play around with it. CONSTANTLY ! Master the endless possibilities of this pedal and then GET OUT THERE AND PLAY! It's Boss, it's built like a tank and will serve you well- FOR YEARS!

Having been a Boss pedal fan & user for many years; I finally decided (after much deliberation) to make the transition to the Boss GT-100. I usually use my Marshall JCM -2000 valve amp & Boss pedals to record & play live; but now I just use the Boss GT-100 straight into the DAW & straight into the mixing desk when playing live & it sounds amazing & much better than lugging the hefty amp around too! For me, sound is everything & the Boss GT-100 delivers BIG time, it's so very easy to use, the sounds are amazingly realistic, very tweak-able & I now have every sound for every part of each song just one step away. I use the GT-100 to create, learn guitar videos at masterguitarplay.com & have found the Boss GT-100 to be a tremendous asset in the process. The delivery was fast, the packaging excellent & I highly recommend the GT-100 to you.

COSM technology is relatively old now but the device is still good. Ease of use is good, the manual is a bit confusing but is helpful in part.

Bought this as a replacement for my GT10 that unfortunately had two of the dials broken off, so decided to put the repair cost money towards a new unit. Turns out I have made a good move as the tones available are much better quality, the beauty is that you can feed straight into a PA or line array without needing to drag a amp around and nobody knows any diffrent or cares except for some guitarists. Great for every situation from home use to studio to live performance. Build quality is excellent and its definitely worth the price tag. It is something that you will have study to enable you to get the most out of it but will elevate your performance standards(in the right hands). I have other separate boss stomp boxes that I think I can link up in series with the unit as well, glad I bought it.

The Boss GT100 is a great sounding unit, did some reserch first and looked and listened to the compered sounds on the line 6 H500? and Headrush units. the chorus is far better then on the Line 6 and the cost for the headrush was three time the price at the time and not proven tech. So I would recomend the Boss GT100 great for recording and live performance. the software is great but you may have to down load the USB driver for your operating system, also this will not work with os10.9.5 Mac but will work with the 10.11.16 which I have on iMac. two editors avalible Boss Tone studio for GT and GT-100FX Floorboard both free thanks for reading

I've owned a good few of these devices and this is by far the best yet. The sound quality is really good, although the included presets do not do it justice. It is capable of far better, if you just have the patience to sit down and program a few. I believe that there are loads available on the internet for free download. Just one reserve though - the ground hum type noise that I get when inputting it into my Vampire amp is really bad. Although it has a ground - lift switch, this does not seem to affect it at all. I would still recommend it though, well worth the money.

Looks great. Sounds great. Everything is very good quality. My version 2 unit has new amps and effects. All very good. I love my GT-100. I will never need another guitar processor. Great value for money.

La pedalera definitiva Despues de ver muchos videos en youtube opte por compara esta pedalera, ya que la marca es un peso pesado en esto de los efectos de guitarra Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, es versatil y muy fácil de programar, en pocos minutos tienes el efecto que buscabas y con una calidad impresionante. por ponerle alguna pega, trae un manual escaso y el conector de alimentacion es de UK Y no EU, pero es po ponerle algun contra. Si buscas efectos de calidad transportables y sin hechar en falta nada, es un buen compañero para tu guitarra, no te arrepentirás

My dream arrived home 2 days ago. Wow what can I say, a very super multi effect. Effects included are awesome. Ho from this seller, the marvel came with the power adaptor. Great buy. Btw its version 2 gt100.

Not really for beginners, I'm a beginner but I'm also someone who likes technology and bit of a one that has to have something better... I enjoy playing around with the features learning by doing.. I wouldn't recommend it for absolute beginner but if you want something now and have the money then yes buy, highly recommended for quality and sound.... So many effects, all in one shoe.... 5 stars to Boss, 5 stars to the online Shop for speed of delivery...
