"Apply over base coat or wet polish." Over wet polish? Wouldn't it smear? Any 2020 or 2021 reviews??

YES! As soon as you are done painting your nails you can apply Poshe. And, in the time it takes me to smoke a cigarette (bad habit, I know), my nails are dry enough to unzip my jeans and pee! Yes, it's THAT fast. Only downside is it does tend to start peeling after about a week. But, I change my polish frequently so that doesn't bother me.

do you apply this on wet nails like seche vite?

Yes. You apply it over your regular polish and it dries in a couple minutes. Amazing.

How does this compare to Out The Door? I use Zoya polishes and IDK which is good for vegan polishes? I might have to try them both....

Hi, to be honest, I've never tried Out the Door. Once I stumbled on Poshe products, I stopped searching. The shine from this is incredible, literally looks like glass. I Have it on my desk at work and refresh my polish every few days just for that incredible shine. As compared to OPI, Sally Hansen, the new Caption line and Formula X from Sephora, nothing compares. The blue bottle base is awesome as well. Hope that helps....I'm going to try Out the Door because of your post, just to check it out. 
