Can you tell you are wearing anything when you use this alone?

It is very slightly pink - no more than the natural nail . It can either be worn as a base coat or just by itself. It also says on the bottle "excellent for men as it provides a neat and matt look". Hope this helps.

Can this product be used with a nail strengthener

I use it before applying nail varnish as a base coat. I would add a strengthener if I felt I needed one but I find the filler helps to strengthen my nails as well.

I don't see why not. It simply makes the nail appear smooth and ready for varnish.

Can this product be used with Marvala scientifiqueand if so how would they be applied?

I have used Mavala ridge filler with other Mavala products hope this helps.
