served two purposes. It cuts bagels very well, and annoyed the wife no end, who thought there was nothing wrong with a bread knife.

It started off as a really good bagel slicer, but only lasted a couple of uses the blade became very blunt very quickly. So instead of making sliced bagels it made squashed bagels. It ended up in my recycle bin 2 maybe 3 weeks after purchase. Its just another cheaply made rip off product.

You didn't know you wanted one until you bought one. Now I have bagels a lot and cant wait until the next time to use this. I never knew it could be this great a thing.

I don’t know why I love this so much but it’s changed my life! Breakfast is so much simpler now, bagel, chop, toast, eat. Love it

I love this bagel cutter. My mum does not like it was much and prefers the knife. Sometimes you get a slightly one sided bagel.. other times it is a clean smooth straight half by half cut... the cut is always straight.. depends on the bread.. either way it makes no difference as this is a great machine and leaves no crumbs.. smooth cut..

I bought this a while ago and my boys laughed, but now they all use it. Does exactly as it says it will, bagel in, slicer down and voila...bagel sliced in two. Easy to clean and use. One kitchen gimicky thing that hasn't been put away in the cupboard and forgotten about. I keep it on top of the bread bin.

I have only used this on fresh bagels or frozen ones that have been defrosted naturally. It works perfectly and I am very pleased with it.
