Eylure Firm Brow Pencil, Dark Brown

Love, love, love this! This was the perfect colour for me - I've tried all sorts of other brands and the blonde options are always either too grey or red (yes red!...if you're blonde I would recommend you steer clear from Rimmel's blonde Brow this Way kit!). This is a nice soft brown, but still gives great definition without looking unnatural. The pencil is soft enough not to drag the skin, but when sharpened still gives a great finish if you're drawing in individual brows, or if you have full brows that just need colour then a quick sweep over them and you're done. Also, if you make a mistake it wipes off easily without spoiling the rest of your make-up. I like to be able to easily sharpen my eyebrow and eyeliner pencils, so being a traditional wooden pencil is perfect for me, rather than an auto one or the type you twist up. Also, I much prefer the new design of this pencil with the cap over the brush as the old one used to pick up all sorts of fibres; now however I can use the brush on my brows as planned, but it's also handy to have in your bag if you have a fibre on your eyelashes or a stray one to brush it away - before I used to carry a dry mascara brush for that job, but this brush is a good size and great for the job. I couldn't recommend this pencil more highly to anyone looking for a blonde shade - I would'n't buy anything else now and have tried everything from Bobbi Brown, Benefit and Mac down to Rimmel.

This pencil is absolutely PERFECT for more mature ladies. It gives a lovely soft line without the pencil itself being squishy or so thick that it looks like crayon. When you are older, you do not want the 'overdone' look as it is so ageing. This pencil allows you to fill in gaps in the brows and give them a lovely shape without there being any obvious signs of you having used a pencil. You can apply it easily and quite firmly and it still looks very natural. I have been looking for a pencil like this for a very long time! Highly recommended.

I'm not an expert on makeup - I don't really use it much as I get dermatitis contact reactions from a lot of products - so generally I don't bother a lot of the time. But, I'm getting older and my eyebrows seem to be disappearing! It's not even that they're going grey and less defined - they're just not there as much. So having no knowledge of eyebrow products I thought I'd give this a try as it was cheap and not a loss if it didn't do what I wanted it to. Which was to add a bit of colour/definition. I don't want big obviously fake looking drawn on brows that you see everywhere ... just a bit more of what should be there naturally already. And it does the job. Using a very light hand and small strokes, me, a complete novice at this sort of stuff, has eyebrows again. Ones that don't just peter out and disappear into my face but not obviously drawn on. I like the little spooly brush on the end too to tidy up and make sure all the hairs are pointing in the right direction lol. I bought the medium brown initially but found that not dark enough so then bought the dark brown and thats perfect for my mid brown brows. Hurrah!

Best eye brown pencil I have ever used! I have tried so many, but this one takes the top price, and at a fraction of the price of other brands that don’t work half as well. The colour is good, the quality of the pencil is excellent, not too sof5 and n9t too hard, and it is ver6 easy t9 use and allows for good precision incontouring. Excellent!

Lasts all day and a great colour, no orange tinge like a lot of other brands.

By far the best natural eyebrow pencil I have ever used. This pencil mimics hair strokes and gives such a natural look, I only use it to fill in my sparse areas (which gives me a natural look) rather than filling in my whole eybrow. Tip: I store it in the fridge which keeps the tip firm & sharp, and applies with even better precision.

I appear to have black brows but I’ve gone silver by. You try working out what colour your brows should be! I have probably tried 10-12 differing brands let alone the differing colours that are available. Why do I like this? It’s just the perfect blend between black and brown. It’s soft (so glides on) and feels like a product 8 x the price.

Ho davvero provato qualsiasi tonalità prima di arrivare ad acquistare questa matita. Ho le sopracciglia molto spesse e nere e le matite che so trovano in giro mi hanno dato o un effetto più chiaro rispetto al mio reale colore, ottenendo così un effetto "tatuaggio sbiadito" oppure erano troppo scure e davano alle mie sopracciglia un "effetto finto" troppo marcato! Questa matita invece è nera ma non da l'effetto lucido, anzi è opaca ma senza tendere il grigio. Perfetta! La riacquisterò sicuramente!

I use as eye liner as well as brow. It is not too soft and thick and not to hard and scratchy. It is made of proper pencil wood and sharpens nicely unlike most eye pencils these days which are made of some simulated pencil fabric which is hard to sharpen and maintain 🙂

Depuis des années j'utilisais un crayon de grande marque ...et jai tenter le coup avec celui ci et il depasse de loin tout les crayons de grandes marques connues !!!! La couleur pour les brunette foncé est parfaite ...une tenue exeptionnel ! Merci !!! Jai trouver le crayon parfait ! Je vais m'en faire une petite reserve car son rapport qualité prix est juste imbattable !!!

Der Stift ist sehr gut zu einem guten Preis. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hatte schon viel teurere Stifte die leider nicht ansatzweise an den dran kamen.

I've always loved Eylure and used to buy it at my local ULTA. However, I found it more convenient to buy it from Amazon. I love how easy it is to apply this eyebrow pencil and really appreciate how the color does look like my natural hair color!​
