DOGMATIC HEADCOLLAR PADDED CUSHIONED WEBBING PCW - RED - SIZE 2

Absolutely fantastic product, has totally transformed our dog walking experience. Our 12 month old Rottweiler is very boisterous and wants to jump and play and say hello to every dog we meet, but does not get the concept of roads! After bring dragged across the road and pulled over in the snow several times (and suitably embarrassed as a result) the dogmatic headcollar has put us back in control.He can no longer pull or drag us anywhere and means he can meet new friends without worrying other dogs or their owners.It is a fantastic product, the best investment we have made for our dog, making the daily walk a pleasure instead of a chore. Furthermore, we received first rate service from dogmatic, with the collar arriving the day after it was ordered. We also have the dogmatic leather training lead, and our boy looks very smart and happy when we are out walking.It was reassuring to know that we were buying a product from people who have a long history of experience with large breeds, as we knew the product was designed with large breeds in mind and gave confidence that it would be suitable for purpose.I would happily recommend both the company for service and the products for quality, value for money and ease of use. Used properly this product delivers on its promise - brilliant!!!!

Didn’t adjust small enough for my working cocker spaniel ( 9months old) so re ordered a smaller size ... but it works brilliantly.. I can walk without having my arm pulled off . I did get the training lead so I have extra security when walking .. lead attached to dogmatic and the collar ...

Disappointed with it after all the hype - both dogs were scratching to get it off - dogs supposed to be able to pant but couldn't - didn't do what was advertised - dogs still pulled as before. In the end gave up as dogs distressed when wearing the collar - and they were very expensive compared with other head collars. Despite writing to the manufacturer direct with concerns have not had any reply whatsoever.

Probably the best head collar you can buy, but very pricey. Also, size 3 gave my dog enough room to chew off the loop of webbing the O ring is attached to, which of course rendered it useless. Size 2 is a bit too tight and my dog hated it and hides under the bed now when he sees it. So I've had to bite the bullet and teach him to heel without a head collar and that is tough going with a very badly behaved rescue dog!I'm sure most people don't have dogs as destructive and neurotics as mine is though...

A well constructed head collar, easy to fit, the size 2, is a little large on the collar for my Spaniel , as he is only 13 months, hopefully his neck will fill out, as I’ve adjusted it as tight as it will go...Good quality, by no means the cheapest on the market, ... But you get what you pay for...Other owners that I know, are very happy with the Dogmatic..

I have tried many different training leads and collars to help stop my young Labrador from pulling on the lead. Up to now nothing has worked and I was suffering from a very sore shoulder. The dogmatic has really improved the dogs behaviour. The head collar is well padded and fits nicely around her slim nose without slipping up into her eyes as others did. Dogmatic provide a measuring chart to enable you to buy the right size which was very useful as my dog has a slim nose. Usually Labradors take a size 3 and we purchased a size 2 after we had measured as suggested. The dog doesn't object to the collar and it certainly stops her pulling. She can eat and drink with the collar on and after just 3 days her pulling has virtually stopped and I am sure with time she will walk to heel much more reliably. Brilliant design.

Although strong, there are too many rough edges that rub the dogs nose. The material is also very stiff and the fit wasn't good. I won't be using it.

I have a dog who is a really good dog; until he sees other dogs or something that will distract him in his walk. The result of his pulling was jarring my shoulder, spine and elbow. Since buying the dogmatic he still pulls occasionally but the pulling is easily manageable. No more jarring jolts but a gentle correction and he is back on the straight and narrow. I should also add that he use to walk from side to side every ten to fifteen seconds and since using the dogmatic this has now been eliminated. I can not rate this product high enough. If you have a dog that pulls you must buy this - great!
