Was very skeptical, it worked perfect! Well worth the money!!

How it is suppose to keep the bat in since there is no door that closes it in.
I am going to send it back. Can’t figure out how to use it and not sure if all the parts were included. There is no diagram or clear directions on how to set it up. There is no website listed to go to for help either.

great over priced product.
It provided a way for the bats to leave. Way over priced for what it is. Now that I have seen it, it's not difficult to make out of things from the store.

It works
It is deceiving because it is essentially just a tube! Stretch out the tube, keep it straight, pointing down the little rats will exit and they cannot fly back up!

It works, must seal every possible entrance except one. Set the cone and they can’t get back in.
The media could not be loaded. I used spray foam to seal the house and the cone in place. 30-40 bats 🦇 are gone and now looking for a new home.
