Good mic quality
Get headset with a good clear mic and comfortable to wear for Teams calls. However there do not block out any background office noise so only really suitable for less noisy environments.

Much better than Jabra, especially when the price is reduced.

Doesn't seem to work in Teams
Arrived in good time. Although there were instructions none were in English. Expected to plug and play which was possible when using them to listen to music, news etc. Specifically bought them to use for Teams meeting and couldn't get them to work as would only play through Surface Pro speakers. Even IT Manager at work couldn't adjust settings and get them to work

Complaints of background noise
Don't purchase if you're hoping to reduce background noise for the people you're calling. I have a had a stream of complaints about background noise on calls.

Not worth it
Just not that good. Considering Microsoft have put their name to it, you;d think it would work really well with Teams. It doesn't. The sound quality is patchy, one side crackles intermittently. Had it for 2 months, and I'm already thinking of throwing it away and getting a Sennheiser (my previous one lasted 5 years and was great).. My advice, stick to a proper headset manufacturer, these just aren't up to it unfortunately.
