Desktop Microphone Stand with Round Weighted Base & Adjustable Height (GFW-MIC-0501)

These are nice and sturdy with quite heavy 6” metal bases. In fact they’re a bit TOO big and sturdy for my needs: bought them to mount my iLoud Micro Monitors and they fit perfectly but are rather overkill for those little speakers - more heavy and larger than i actually need in my tiny cramped workspace. Seem very solidly made though 👍

I use this with my Shure SM7B, which is an extremely heavy microphone. It is sturdy with a very solid base, so it doesn’t wobble or move or create any extra noise during use. It offers excellent value for money and isn’t overly expensive considering its build quality. It isn’t oversized, and you can adjust the height, which is perfect for mic placement and fit. It comes in multiple fit modes to accommodate different mics. As I mentioned, it works perfectly on my SM7B.

I needed a replacement stand for my microphone since my old boom arm snapped, I thought this may take up too much room but realised it doesn't, the platform size is good for both balance and space, it has a sturdy build so the value is there and it holds the microphone in place, I would recommend this stand to anybody who was looking for one.

Good quality heavy base, easy assembly. I needed a replacement for a tripod desk mic stand which kept tipping over, I use a Shure SM58 metal bodied microphone so it is reasonably weighty. Another reviewer mentioned that this was only suitable for lightwieght mics, but I disagree, perfectly fine for something like a Shure. One element of confusion, the 'whats in the box' states it includes a mic clip, and Rufus AI also confirms that a mic holder is included, but there is nothing in the box other than the stand and the screw in stem, not too bothered as I have a spare, but some may not! Solid build does not easily tip, does the job well.

Got the job done, good quality. Kinda heavy so you may need some sort of cusioner for it on desk. Has good reach as well.

Great stands. Feel solid and quality. Base is nice and heavy and it holds my iloud monitors really tightly, barely any motion if I push. They look nice. They feel like a professional product.

While these are well made the base is too small to support heavy mics without toppling over (I was using a Neuman U87). Probably great for pencil style mics though.

Much heavier than expected, this small stand can support a boom arm and mic as long as the cable is managed well. Solidly built and uses standard size fittings

Me encantó este soporte para micrófono de Gator Frameworks. De los mejores que he probado en relación calidad-precio. Me sorprendió mucho la solidez y estabilidad que tiene, especialmente por el precio. Lo compré para utilizarlo con mi RØDE PodMic, que es un micrófono bastante pesado, y funciona estupendamente. La base redonda ponderada es muy firme y lo sostiene sin ningún problema, sin sentir que se vaya a caer o voltear fácilmente. Me gusta mucho que tenga altura ajustable, ya que puedo adaptarlo a mi espacio de trabajo y a la posición que necesito para grabar mi podcast. Es un soporte sencillo, pero muy bien construido y cumple perfectamente su función. Si tienes un micrófono pesado como el RØDE PodMic, es una excelente opción para tenerlo sobre el escritorio. **Muy recomendado.
