I picked up an IFB thinking their Collab with Bosch must have really worked for them. I have spent a lot on the machine trying to maintain it. My parents too bought an IFB elite, after the warranty expiration the AMC cost is way too high, that covers minimal stuff. Go for Bosch, their machine last long with minimal maintenance cost. You do pay more to buy them but our last machine lasted 22 years with just one service issue, that too just costed some 2k.

Even though my old machine was working properly the delivery executive argued with me repeatedly and he checked the machine for almost 1-hour wasting my time as well as his time. At the end they asked me settle down for 800rs as scrap rate and asked me to pay 870rs extra. Is it legitimate ? Also is it some modus operandi of them to shell out extra money from the customers asking it to scrap instead of exchange !!Also about the product when tried to wash a bedsheet it neither washed it clean nor did it soak or spin it properly and as a result it's still wet after 3-days. Instead of refund now Amazon is arranging for visit of their technician to check as if that guy will sit and wash and wait to check end result of drying !!! it's such a watse of time and money to buy anything from Amazon especially under their exchange scheme !!!

Display not working, semi dry... Clothes doesn't ry up fully

After 5 days of installation the drum belt was slipped. It is waste of money.
