Great gloves! (These aren't for gardening, chopping wood etc) these are more built for law enforcement with high dexterity so you can retain the ability to feel things and handle a firearm without issues. These gloves are my favorite, I keep an extra pair clipped to my belt just incase one gets ripped. Very well made gloves for the purpose they were built for. Comfortable, breathable and easy to work with. You can also use your touch screen phones with these gloves no issues there. At the firing range, absolutely no issues there either. Great gloves to add a bit of protection and cover of your hands while shooting or simply working, searching vehicles and persons etc. Great gloves. Highly recommended. (NOTE again: these are NOT "hard work" gloves. They were not made for gardening or cutting wood, they were made for law enforcement and sport shooters alike) BUT they would work doing light tasks outdoors but would eventually tear over time. For my purpose (firearms related) they last a long time and do the job with no issues.

Best affordable/thin gloves to keep feel and dexterity while still protecting your hands from sfuff

I just received these and I’m quite pleased with them, so far. I purchased the large size which in many similar gloves, fit me well. With these, they fit snugly, but are comfortable to wear and there is no “extra” material that would encumber the tactile sensation of my fingers. I wanted gloves that I could wear when the weather was colder than I like, but would not inhibit using a firearm, as I conceal carry 100% of the time. Speaking of tactile abilities, these gloves provide the most feel of any gloves I’ve tried. They also provide quite a bit of grip and great flexibility which are also crucial components for shooting, or finer detail work. I would not recommend using these gloves for heavyweight work as that’s not what they are designed for, but for light work and shooting, I highly recommend them! 😀

These gloves, like all Mechanix gloves, have amazing fit and feel. They are simply the best glove I've ever owned. This model, the .5mm, was purchased for work. They have functioned fine in my 13 hour shifts. I do have some gripes, though. The major one is that there is almost no texturing on the grip side. It's VERY easy to lose grip on things, including steering wheel, unless really paying attention to your grip. Water makes the grip situation worse. Slightly less annoying is the strap placement. Rather than on the underside of the wrist, like all of my other Mechanix gloves, these are on top. There are some occasional bumps that cause them to come loose. Finally, it would be nice if these had the touch screen sensor pads on the pointer fingers. That is really a minimal gripe, tho. I would recommend if grip slippage is not a concern.

I have bought these twice - one tan and one black set. They are comfortable and great for everyday use. I have the expensive tactical gloves by a fancy brand that I don't wear because they are not properly sized and the thumb has a web of fabric with the index finger. These gloves are properly designed and made with full fingers and no such webbing effect. I got the XXL and they fit like gloves - what a concept. These are not your heavy protection, heavy machinery type devices. These are your everyday tactical - range type - dexterity items to add comfort and skin protection while giving you enough sensitivity for your carrying, stacking, and shopping tasks. Mind you, there are limitations - (1) you don't get to pick up change or pull a credit card out of a wallet wearing these. They would be great to use a tool to do such fine motor tasks, but (2) these are a bit slippery on the palm side and don't give you enough adhesion/friction for some slippery or smooth surfaces (like plastic cards, glass jars, etc.). On that score, I wear them driving even if they do slide a bit on the steering wheel. I am uncertain whether I like that or not - it's comfortable and easy, but I wonder if one should have more surface friction on the wheel. You just have to take them off when you want to grab a card out of your wallet, mainly because they are so comfortable that you are wearing them all the time and expect them to make everything easy. They are gloves after all - and I bet even Audrey Hepburn would have to take her elbow length silk or cotton gloves off to pull our her credit cards at Tiffany's or the UN gift shop. You will enjoy these gloves, but take notice that they can be slick - and you might drop your cell phone if you don't get a good grip using muscle power. Use and enjoy with suitable caution - like all things.

Ich habe schon viele Handschuhe ausprobiert und muss sagen, diese Handschuhe von Mechanix Wear haben mit Abstand den besten Tragekomfort. Sie sind dünner als alle vergleichbaren anderen Modelle. Neben einem sehr guten Tastgefühl und hoher Beweglichkeit (der Schnitt ist ganz anders als bei allen anderen) bieten die Specialty 0,5 mm auch gleichzeitig effektiven Schutz für die Finger und Handfläche. Das robuste Material stellt in meinen Augen die perfekte Mischung aus Kontrolle und Schutz dar. Zudem ist der Handschuh sehr atmungsaktiv und kühlt die Hände auch bei schweißtreibenden Tätigkeiten z.B. im Garten. Diese Funktionalität in Verbindung mit einem hervorragendem Tragegefühl und einer ergonomischen Passform machen sie zu perfekten Arbeitshandschuhen (mit coolem Look) für mich. Die Nähte sind dreifach ausgeführt und ich kann bestätigen das sie länger als eine Saison bei Gartenarbeiten halten. Auch kleine Details wie die stabile Nylonschlaufe am Handgelenk, die das An- und Ausziehen deutlich erleichtert wurden nicht vergessen. Noch Nebenbei bemerkt, obwohl das Handflächenmaterial aus Leder besteht, sind die Handschuhe waschmaschinenfest - das war mir bei der Auswahl sehr wichtig. Fazit: Für mich mit einer besten Arbeits-Handschuh Allrounder. Sehr gute Qualität - aber leider auch sehr teuer.

Este tipo de guantes es muy polivalente, ya sea para un público profesional ( Policías, militares, Vigilantes ), como para no profesionales del sector de la seguridad publica ( jugadores de airsoft, trabajos mecánicos etc ). Si no conoces esta marca créeme que es fiable, yo pertenezco al primer grupo y llevo mas de 10 años usándolos, desde los guantes de 0,5m ideales para practicas de disparo, como los impact 2 o incluso 3 para mayor seguridad, como para anticorte. La variedad de productos que tiene y el precio de los mismos los hace una marca totalmente recomendable de cara a escoger de un tipo o de otro. El hecho de comprarlos aquí es obvio , solo encontraras el material autentico y eso se nota en la resistencia de los materiales que usa esta marca frente al desgaste, las costuras de calidad el agarre de los mismos etc. si tienes dudas de entre esta marca u otra como 5.11 o safari o hatch prueba estos y luego ya piensas en adquirir de otra marca si no te convencen.
