Great, quick service, even in the middle of the covid-19 lockdown. Arrived much earlier than the expected date, packaged in an easy to transport box. There was a slight chemical smell immediately after the plastic wrapping was removed, but it dispersed immediately and was gone after a few minutes. Once unrolled, the mattress expanded to full size and flattened out within 2-3 hours, and it's so much lighter and easier to turn than my previous sprung mattress. I slept on it the following night and have done every night since. It felt a little strange at first, just because I was used to my old sprung mattress, I found it surprisingly firm but with a squidgy soft topping thanks to the memory foam. I tend to move around a lot in my sleep and lie on my front, back and both sides, so I love that it stays completely silent and still throughout all that and I comfortably sink into it no matter what position I'm in. It springs back into to shape as soon as my weight has shifted and is really supportive. I've been sleeping better and it made my lower back and neck aches disappear within days. The removable and washable cover is a great plus point and after a lot of research, I'm glad I took a chance on it rather than spending a lot more on an identical branded product. The only thing I can't comment on yet is whether it lasts well, but if it does, it will easily be the best and most value for money mattress I've ever bought.

We bought this mattress for our 7 year old daughters mid sleeper. It is a euro size single mattress and we ordered if it for her Stompa mid sleeper, we measured the bed a few times beforeWe ordered it just to make sure it would fit. I ordered the mattress about 1pm in the afternoon and it arrived at 8pm on the same day, unbelievable, my husband could not believe his eyes when he answered the door! We are amazon prime members but this was not an amazon prime product so I don't know how the service managed to be so swift but very impressive none the less! Exceptionable service! We unrolled the mattress to allow it to settle for 48 hours as indicated and it is perfect and fits the bed perfectly. Our daughter has had a few nights sleep on it and she is beaming she has said it is so comfortable. Thank you STICKBASE for the speedy service and the impressive product at an affordable price, we will definitely order from you again in the future.

I love this mattress. It has helped to improve my sleep. It is definitely firm, and is just about thick enough to not feel the bed frame underneath.I do have two criticisms which were not highlighted on the website:1. The instructions say this mattress can't be used with an electric blanket and I need to use an electric blanket during the winter.2. The instructions say you shouldn't sit on the edge of the bed for too long as this will make the mattress sag which isn't practical.I wish this had been made clear before I bought this. Particularly as I have spent a lot of money on this, and which is why I have given only 4 stars.

Very solid comfortable. You keep cooler,not sweating like a tempura.

I'm so pleased I bought this mattress, which was delivered safe and sound in 48 hours (before estimate). What a huge difference it's made to my sleep. Very comfortable, easy to find fitted sheets that fit it. I'm using it on a Z-Bed which is not really not ideal but it's extremely comfortable and the support is still even, even though it's about 20cm wider than the frame (I purposely wanted it wider). I'm 163cm tall and heavy :) Morbidly so. Might be a little bit too firm for a small child. Recommended.

The product quality is OK, but it comes with a strong chemical smell. We leave it in our garden room for 3 days to let off the smell. Then we move it to my son's bedroom, but the smell is still very strong during the night and I have to open the bedroom door and window during the night! I would definitely have returned it if it is not so large.

This was the second mattress from the company I bought. As a king size. It is very firm. It holds its shape and supports well. However, as a disabled person in bed a lot, I found that after long periods of time the firmness was too great and I started to feel pressure and numbness on limbs. I have added a mattress topper to soften the pressure and that helps. It was the cheaper of the 2 I bought and so far has performed better. But it is firmer than I would have liked
