Omg! Who do I talk to my sheets are ripping?

I did not have any problem, however, I would start with Amazon. Amazon's customer service is incredible.

Are these 1200 count like the title says or 800 count like the 3rd picture?

These are 1200 thread count 100% Supima Cotton sheets as the title says, third picture is our general picture with packaging and shades available in our collection across all thread count products. It seems to be confusing so we will change the 3rd picture.

Do you sell these sheets in full size?

We currently don't sell Full size in our 1200TC Supima collection. We will update our product development on your interest and will considered for future product launches.

Do these sheets stay cool? i tend to be a hot sleeper. some sets i've had in the past make me feel like i'm tangled in saran wrap. isn't sateen warm?

These sheets are thicker due to the thread count. Sateen doesn't really make a difference in my opinion. I've had 600 thread count sheets that were cooler but thinner and weren't as durable. I've noticed with good sheets higher thread count makes for a thicker sheet. I find these to be like a light cotton blanket in the summer. I just bought two more pairs as the pair i bought 10 years ago finally wore out. They are extremely durable but not as thin or soft, think a bit thicker and crisp clean vs soft and fluffy. They do soften up a bit with washing .
