Q: I bought this, coffee was extremely weak, no smell from beans, they look dried out, is this coffee really weak or did I get a bad batch?

I bought the beans for a gift so can't really comment on that. However, I have used the Jamaica Blue ground coffee and found it to be full-bodied, rich and smooth with a really good smell. I can only assume you got a bad batch, which is a real shame as this coffee isn't cheap.

Q: So disappointing... Were we sent a dud batch? Just tasted burnt, virtually no flavour, has anyone else experienced this?
