Excellent ceramic drill bit set
You get what you pay for. Even if you only use these once, this is an excellent ceramic drill bit set to have in your toolbox, and as expected top quality from the Bosch professional range of tools

Cuts through marble like cheese
Have only used one of the drill bits to cut through marble which is why I have only given these drill bits 4 stars. But the one I used cut through the marble with ease and left a very clean hole.

Perfect drill bit for ceramic
I needed to make a hole in the back of a ceramic rook sculpture, so that it could be mounted on a nail on the wall. I was expecting the hollow form to crack or shatter and for some of the detail to be broken with the pressure required to drill the hole in stoneware fired ceramic. To my delight the drill bit needed very little pressure and cut through the baked clay cleanly.

Good performance on regular ceramic bathroom tiles
Drilled 14 holes through regular ceramic bathroom tiles for mounting various hardware using a regular power drill. Slow start, no special cooling needed just ran the tip of the bit under the tap after each hole. Bit is still sharp, cut through tiles like butter. Read the desription, Bosch sell sepcific bits for harder tiles, likely other reviewers chewing up their bits are drilling porcelain or stone with these SoftCeramic bits. If in doubt, buy the HEX-9 HardCeramic bits, should be pretty obvious after 30 seconds of not making a hole.

Drilling tiles isn't easy but this bit worked fine for me.
Just drilled eight 5.5mm holes in tiles for a shower tray without problems. The tricky part is getting your first dent in the very hard tile surface which takes patience and a steady hand. After that it's easy. Notice the symbols on the back of the packaging - no water cooling, no hammer action and, what I think means, max 500rpm,
